That in summary (and to put it righy) is to say that we were designed by the CREATOR (who also created the universe) for different purposes. And we were given the knowledge or talents to work according to our designs and purposes. So it's normal to go to where your talents is needed and serve your purpose or role there.
The world is like a giant human body, if your purpose is to give sight to the body then you'll have to join the rest of the cells that make the eyes to see in order to give sight to the body. If it's the ear,join the ear, if it's the brain, join the brain, if it's the hand, join the hands, etc. That's basically what it means to be with people like you in a city or town or village. But you will be more appreciated in an environment you are not well known especially while in lesser stages of human development because of contempt, even with your great talents or knowledge. The further you move the better.

However, the people of this world are not serving the purpose they were created to serve. Some have taken the roles of others because of money. Some are serving their roles wrongly, while others are not serving any role at all. This basically put the world in a disfunctional state

I with all the work I've done, all the money I've made and all the time I've spent, what I've realized is you should stay away from people and trend you are not okay with. Money is important but you shouldn't increase your stress and get involved with shitty people just for the sake of earning a few more money. Money earned at your ease and with spending time with your loved one is more fulfilling than more money earned working all your hours doing stuff you don't like and getting involved with people you don't like.
Being in the circle of like minded people would help you prosper and keep up good energy. But you don't necessarily need them to seek validation for your existence. Being alone or being with the one you love is more fulfilling.

It's said that birds of the same feather flocks together so finding true peace and harmony can come from being among people that reasons like you. Whether the group or community is about positive or negative vibes what matters is that people of like minds fits into it. It's very good for our mental well being if we're in a place where we are accepted for who we are and what we stand for, where we are encouraged to become better because they understand us. It's not easy to integrate and feel at home where our lifestyles and ideaologies are not respected and accepted.

Although being in a group of like minds doesn't mean that there won't be misunderstandings and conflicts, in human nature we can't always agree on everything. In every groups and communities it's important to have respect as a core value, with it even people that doesn't share the same interests and beliefs can coexist without problems.

You mention Russians being developers or coders, and it is true - there is a lot of talent within that country, but you miss one big and essential part of the picture. A tribe can be only as good as the infrastructure around it, the society that exists with people from every spectrum and not just specialists in one particular field like car manufacturing. Russia has struggled to develop many externally trusted pieces of software because the government in that country has created rot from within. They have encouraged criminality because the leader is the biggest criminal of them all. In an authoritarian society so many good elements are blunted because they can be hobbled or destroyed by poor politics.

It is thus fascinating to consider that everyone has more satisfaction and success in life when they may be in touch with their true selves and their "tribe." It tends to show that not only does our upbringing greatly influence our sense of identity and satisfaction, but it may be related to innate characteristics linked with our DNA, and perhaps even origins in global events. It postulates that we do best, are better off, in environments and with those people who align with our core values ​​and our strengths. Finding that harmony leads us to more purpose and simplicity in both our work and personal lives. Travel and investigating diverse cultures can make us realize what we really are. So where are we? and make informed choices as to where we would want to live and work. It is an idea where every culture or "tribe" has something strong; for example, Russians are good in technology, Italians do food better, and Germans are great at art. It is generally important and diverse with respect to the variety of skills that altogether create a balanced world. Cities like New York and Dubai are very good examples of this concept. This is because the population makes vibrant space to connect with their tribe, find opportunities that will make their aspirations a reality and eventually innovation and economic growth.

There is different dna and soul groups...we not gona go into that but short and simple you should find your tribe your and your people with same kind mindset.
Your culture and the way you understood something it's not just the country or family you grow up.
There is a lot to do with your dna your soul type and the star where you come from we all are different stars and different types.
If you choose your work place or coworkers If they not your tribe it's very difficult to work together with them or to get along with them a lot people who getting wealthy they are happy in one place or another off course there is no perfect location or place but someohow you can't explain some locations just feels good for you even If there is not perfect everything and when you feel you are in the right envoirement and you click together with right people you get opportunities much easy and building the wealth is not just about money but everything else you do you feel like you are part of economy when you work or what ever you do it you can't explain but you just FEEL your soul your cells your DNA feels that people the location and the vibe around there.
You might feel like you are in the good wealthy City and there is a lot job opportunities but you have that empty feeling inside in you and you feel that it's not right place for you when we are in the wrong place or not that kind of surroundings what is for you meant to be then you start asking questions like, what's the purpose of life and many other things BUT IF YOU Are on the right place with kind of right people and you do things what you can't explain you just doing those things it comes naturally for you and people around you understood you and you understood about them then everyday you feel like you doing something wich has the purpose "( you can't explain it's just the feeling ")  
If you have the opportunity to Travel go and travel meet with people see the world and then decide where you truly belong to.
By nature it's like we all are animals the cat cant bark and dog cant be like cat the lion cant be the mouse and others
When we born we have spefic human type the universe creating all kind of types to the world so to keep balance everything.  
So it's harder to build business in place where you feel like stranger it's difficult to get success aswell If you feel like you not in the right envoirement really.
If every culture and tribe will do things what they meant to be doing then WORLD WOULD BE more balanced.

And italians does it great Pizza and they are great mobsters lol
And germany making the great cars.
So Every tribes have some special talents it can not be learned but If you born you have it.  
Now since world is mixed THE TRIBE is not about nations or country only but it's about what type of DNA and soul group you have go and find your type and you will have financial success guaranteed.  
Another example: i might be even educated and have good skills and i live in some big city where i have a lot opportunities but someohow i don't feel that it's right place for me and i don't get along with people even If Im doing kind of well financially.

That's why a lot people want to go into biggest cities like new york they can't explain why but they feel something there is something for them that's because in the big cities there is all kind of TRIBES and you could easily find your kind of tribe and community.
That's why the big cities are with strong economy like NYC becouse there is different kind of people who bring their energy there that's why there various of good food and good techonolodgy and even good spiritual religion sources becouse it's full of different kind of tribes so as an example the different kind of tribes make the location economy good another example is DUBAI there is also a lot different tribes.
When people compressing together their energy then wealth is the result of this actions.
