this is a hard decision to make easily. because in order to run a business and be successful in it you should have some prior experience in the field and just playing the gaming games doesn't count as experience.
but if i wanted to do that, i would gather a team to build and manage the site so that the brainstorming of all of us can lead to the success we are looking for.

I think existing casinos have all kind of games and providing legit services but if I ever got enough money than I would like to make a dice site with new some features made from scratch, as I think dice sites are easy to manage.

Few things that i'd do differently :
1. Many deposit option from bitcoin and all altcoin with 3rd party help. Maybe also deposit steam items for some types of games.
2. Happy hours where the house edge reduced to 0%
3. Many promotion, but user required to wager at least x mBTC.
4. Maybe all kinds of gambling in a website so user don't have to go anywhere else

Actually what you have mentioned above are not new things in this bitcoin gambling industry. Many other sites has applied those things before. So it wont attract players if you have nothing different on your site imo.
If I have enough money, I would prefer to focus on pvp based games so I will create many pvp games in one site only. I know it is hard to gain players on pvp games like poker, but it is not impossible to survive with pvp games.

That is a good one hiring some professional people to make the perfect gambling site for you, I do not know what I should do differently. It feels like everything has been tried before and it is hard to come up with something totally new.

I would like to see a sports betting site side by side with fantasy sports games. I read an article that the fantasy sports industry is booming, so why not attract both sports bettors and fantasy sports players in one site and create a synergy?

If ever I have enough funds than I would like to run a provably fair casino with full variety of games and live casino games will be part of it, promotions and advertisement are necessary to make successful any casino, I think sportsbook with live betting option would be attractive for members.

i wouldn't do it even if i had the money, or given the funds to do it because i lack the most important thing to be successful for creating a new gambling site and that is the "experience".
i believe that in order to start a new business and be successful you need to have proper experience otherwise you will hit a brick wall and start losing money soon.

A faucet based gambling site where the house edge is for you not against, it will also have a higher risk gambling where it just like a normal casino and has your regular house edge. Then I would like to add ways players can earn btc to use to gamble. But the btc they earn must be wages at least once to be drawn. I also would want a trusted site with no bs rules and excuses. I would allow too big a win so I wouldn't allow high risk betting. That will make it easier to not have the temptation to run and I could use that as a way to get trust.

If I was to start a gambling website, I would very unlikely make it a game which is already common. For example, there are tons of dice sites. So I will definitely go about inventing something new. That itself will let the website stand out. Another thing you could do is launch a lesser known gambling game, like the Japanese Pachinko. But I am not sure if it is suitable to be played online.
