Paypal can be reversed up to 180 days, and (Before you ask) it does not matter if you send it as gift payment or not!
No one here will do this deal since you are newbie, try to find a different way of payment, and you will find someone, and this is a bitcoin forum anyway so you should offer bitcoins for this service!
