Just to send an update before I log off for the holidays.

I'll have limited access to internet over the next three weeks, in the meantime, I'm negotiating this deal with two potential investors. Both of them seem cool so I'm sure I'll figure out the best approach for this soon.

Wordpress Developer has been secured, but a next.js developer hasn't. If you're skilled with Next.js and would like to join in, do ping me.

Two writers have been secured, but I'm looking for more, especially those wishing to enter the world of journalism (news coverage, hardware and software reviews, attending conferences etc).

Illustrator has been secured and no more is needed, + I have one talented individual that I'm going to reach out soon, so this is sorted out.

You're talking about Coinslotty. Everything was well documented here on the forum and in the respective threads, basically the framework and platform weren't built for expansion in a way we wanted it (lacking payment providers and licenses basically), the team and I decided to focus on other projects, and we built another three casinos that weren't promoted here on the forum because their focus wasn't community oriented (like i wanted it for Coinslotty). My favorite was SpinFever.com, check it out if you want.

I personally had a lot of fun working on a community-driven project and would like to repeat the process with this venture, just a bit smarter. Coincidentally, just a week before moving on from coinslotty a random forum member triggered a jackpot, but I made sure that he gets it payed out before we exited, which can prove to you that the project didn't fail due to money reasons, but due to the framework and platform ones. I can go into more details over PM, since I don't know who's going to inherit the project next and I don't want to leave them a bad rep.

The point that I'm trying to make though, the issue with being an operator is that the majority of the time you'll be seen by the community and players as the problem (the bad guy), even if you do everything right, whatever you do good will be overshadowed by the few vocal players who think you did bad. And also a constant influx of scammers, it's babysitting 24/7.

On the other hand, if you're an affiliate, you will be seen as a solution (good guy), and there's far less flak involved. Additionally, as a power affiliate, you will hold a lot of control over scam accusations, since you have all the casino operators on fast dial and they will pick up since you're important to them. In other words, if a forum member is stuck with a specific operator, you, as an affiliate, can jump in and resolve the matter much quicker.

But building a power affiliate comes with a price, and I need a capable team that understands crypto and the casino landscape.

You're right, that's much easier and more considerable. Easy to talk with someone whom you can call a partner.

It was a good idea and made me think, so thanks for that, it's just the sheer amount of people that scares me a bit. Having 1 investor on a bi-weekly meeting is simple, having 85 of them in a group chat would be chaotic. But maybe there are solutions or ways this could work, I'll get back to you on that once I gather more info.

You're looking for a partner and not just an investor. I hope that you'll be able to find one that has also the skills that you need for this project. And if ever you've thought of the pool of funds from interested investors, you'll for sure be able to find them here.

I can find people who only have money immediately, but I would rather work with someone who understands the game. The last project I did the investor had zero clue about SEO, and I wasted more time on educating them about it than working on the project. So, the reason for this thread is to see if I can find someone who knows crypto. Also, the beauty of my deal is that I'm not asking for the money to be transferred to me, the investor would be dealing with link building invoices from the media outlets themselves, and all of them accept crypto (since they are crypto sites). Obviously a third party will need to verify if the investor is actually legit, but that can be sorted out through some of the legendary members here.

In regards to pooling in the money from several people, that would be an interesting concept, but I wouldn't know where to even start. Let me think about it.

I have a lot of respect for Efialtis and I worked with him on two projects, and I hope I left him in good hands when we decided to close down coinslotty. This project will most likely go into a different direction, and I wouldn't like to pull his focus from his two sites.

Btw this is not something I'm going to start tomorrow, I'm gonna take my time building the team, so whoever is interested or thinks he or she can contribute, do ping me and let's talk.

As for investing, if you have no investor yet I think there might be folks who will be interested in getting into the pool of funds to cover the entire amount that you wish to start with a partner.

Having several partners/investors might be a good idea or might not be but that's an option for you since there are first and second rounds of spending for covering the expenses for link building.

I really wish i had time to join a team like the one that you are looking for, sadly i have a full-time job from 9am to 7pm every day and its really hard for me to spend time in other projects, even my own casino code and some other personal projects are tucked right now. As web developer and SEO expert i could really contribute to this project. But for sure you will find the right partners here on the forum, there are a lot of talented users here.

The idea sounds interesting and as Notblox mentioned, Efialtis seems like a great partner and a good fit for the project. He has experience with writing and is the owner of BTCGOSU and GOSUbetting.

You need to build good team for this but I think it is possible to find good people here, just dont rush things and watch out from scammers sending you messages.

I'm holding a two year old crypto affiliate website that already got some small traction, but I never properly worked on it since I just didn't had enough time.

However, I've built several high performing websites for my clients, and after seeing all the numbers that I'm driving for other people, I would like to jump in myself and see how I could do on a project that I co-own. The last casino affiliate that hired me for an SEO campaign was hovering around 300k per month in earnings, and now I'm curious on what I could do with the right team. So, to make this happen, I would like to partner up with a few talented people and one investor to see if we can make it grow properly.

Besides the site itself that already has some traction, and a proven record in ranking online casinos and affiliates, I'm also bringing the following to the table:
#1. I have the full content strategy with the right keywords, basically we will be making money from casino reviews, exchange reviews, hardware reviews, top lists and so on.
#2. I have the full SEO strategy and hold a list of 100 top performing crypto websites with direct contacts and prices, that can be used for link building, sites that were tried and tested on several other projects beforehand.
#3. Direct contacts to most online casino operators and an easy way into their affiliate programs. I managed a crypto casino before, so I know which deals to target, since I've been on the other side and saw what all the other affiliates charge.
#4. Direct contacts to most iGaming conferences and discounted prices for event booths, so if we want to go crazy later on with branding and stunt campaigns, we can do it.
#5. A stupidly creative mind, I once broke a Guinness World Record just because I knew that I can get 300k+ worth of links with only 50k eur investment. I'm also the creator behind a really popular Batman marketing campaign, and I also did three casino YouTube channels, one for CasinoEuro.com, one for Casumo and another for Betsson. I can share more details with the right person.

I'm happy if I can retain 25% of the project, while the remaining 75% could go to various partners, including (but open to suggestions):
#1. An investor who could help finance link building, the strategy that I have covers 12 months of link building on 100 websites with a budget of around 85k EUR. That same investor would then need to be able to finance the second round of link building that would involve another 85k the year after. Other expenses would be covered by me.
#2. A Tech SEO oriented Wordpress developer who is looking to transfer to Next.js, the current site is on Wordpress and A2hosting, I don't want to overstretch the budget for the first year, so we would keep it on Wordpress. However, the future is headless, so if that person would be ambitions and is looking to grow into a Next.js developer, he would fit right into the team. I'm versatile in Tech SEO and can help with roadmaps, but you would need to do the execution.
#3. An illustrator who wants to create a unique project, I would like to distance myself from low quality AI-driven imagery, and create a site that stands out amongst the gazillion other affiliate websites. I already have a vision for the site, and the name is quiet catchy.
#4. A social media superstar, the strength of this site is that it's a general crypto affiliate website, not just a casino affiliate site, meaning that advertising is allowed anywhere, and someone with a creative mind and a good SoMe strategy can drive good quality traffic.
#5. Several content writers, if you have a passion for some parts of the industry, e.g. hardware wallets, VPN services, Crypto news or even online casinos, and want to fully own the content cluster within that category, do reach out. For this position I don't mind if you're a bit junior, I can teach you and serve as a guide, but you need to have at least some experience with writing engaging content.

Out of the 75% of the remaining ownership, the majority would go to the Investor and Developer, and the remaining would be fairly divided between the others. Everyone will get a piece, and the goal is to make a good quality, evergreen project that can feed us for the next 10+ years.

If I assemble a good team, and throughout the next two years see that it all makes sense, I also wouldn't mind working on larger projects, e.g. our own coin, our own crypto casino etc, but for now I would like to start it small and first find the right talent.

I'm flexible in regards to how we'll divide the ownership and deal with payouts, the investor can hold the site if needed, we can open up a company or whatever is the best option for everyone, I'm easy to deal with and we can discuss these details closer to the project launch.

The ideal partners would need to be Hero level on the forum, or on their way towards it, since we will also be pushing a signature campaign.
