This looks like it is a long way off being anything other than a gimmick. Some of their use cases are laughable to be honest:
"PAI comes as a medium to bridge better patient-doctor relationships."
I'm sorry, but if I was told my doctor was too busy to bother meeting me face-to-face, and instead I was going to have to interact with a computer, I would hardly call that a "better patient-doctor relationship".
