Paypal is very easy to get reversed and you are still a newbie most people would not exchange with you. Try exchanging on localbitcoins but they will asked your passport and many other infos.
People offer 15% more than the market rate for PayPal. If you can deal on Localbitcoin, you could get a better deal.
