i used fiverr to sell my services in past, a good experience as seller but no experience as buyer on fiverr
If you're looking for web/seo related services https://www.seoclerk.com/ can be great. We have some people in this forum giving away free 5$ vouchers for it too. As of fiverr I've never used it, I tend not to like the quality of services provided there. There are some decent voice there actually, but to get anything longer than a few sentences you'd need to pay much more than 5$.
Edit: forgot to mention ads. Not the best quality if you don't know how to edit the video on your own, but yeah... Cheap ads/testimonials are a thing on Fiverr. greatgigsguy3 aka Big Man Tyrone is probably the most well known, but he charges quite a bit for extras. Also those two.

I used fiverr to buy traffic only, so far so good and I am satisfied.

I have tried Fiverr once and was a bit disappointed, well what can you really get for $5,but I am pretty sure some services are well worth those $5, have you ever had a good experience with Fiverr?
