OP, it is nice you asked this question and I believe you have received lots of comments and replies with respect to the subject matter leaving you with many options to gain knowledge and insight from but however I would like you to know this that irrespective of the fact that you have a good and sophisticated wallet and exchange where you keep your funds, there is one thing that is very important to keep your Crypto assets safe and secured and that has to do with security.

You can accumulate all the Crypto assets you want to but what would it be of benefit to you when you finish investing or buying coin and token and all of a sudden you wake up to discover that you have been scammed or hacked. In as much as Crypto safety is concerned, it is pertinent that you should provide security for your assets.

Centralised third-party exchange is never advisable to store your assets but your own personal self custodial wallet would be much better. Save up your pass key in a sheet of paper where you can easily get them. Do not use google cloud for saving of your assets key because if anything happens to your google account, all your details are automatically compromised and who ever did that would definitely have access to your assets. So be careful and do not lose guard. Remember the slogan " not your keys, not your coin"  Take your asset safety serious after investing.

I will make my best crypto tip is to do your own research (DYOR). This is important because crypto is always changing and what works now might not work later. By learning about crypto yourself you will understand it better and be able to make smart decisions that fit your goals and what you are willing to risk. If you just follow others without knowing what you are doing you might lose money. So it is important to stay informed and keep learning about crypto. And with my experience I have seen many times the big analysts goes wrong many times and market goes against them. And sometimes the YouTubers explain a project and they ask to join or ask to invest and this will become a scam so always doing research is an important thing in crypto or any other industry.

6. Don't invest on shitcoins
7. Don't be greedy

All coins/tokens are in a very appropriate price condition for us to buy for now.

For points 6 and 7 it is correct. I think this is a message that must be paid attention to, look today quite a lot of people who are disappointed due to the wrong choice in buying. At first, it looks sweet by buying a cheap price and wishing that the coins that have been purchased will increase in price.

I personally don't like to speculate by jumping here and there only focusing on the potential and having a good and fast defensive history in price reversals after a correction occurs. Maybe the coin is clear and everyone knows.

Avoid anyone telling you to invest with them on their platform with a said amount and receive a high amount of bitcoin within a short term.

For your information, bitcoin investment is not a short term investment plan. No one can promise you quick profit returns and it happens the way they predicted it to be. The investment you make in bitcoin should be done when you are ready to take up the risk in it, not when someone tells you to invest when you don't have the basic knowledge of bitcoin. However, invest when ready not out of FOMO of the profits you hear of that it gives
You are right here. Bitcoin is originally designed as a long term investment so if any one here wants to invest only for quick profits, you are in the wrong type of investment. Bitcoin isn't capable of that due to its high volatility and uncertainty in the market.

Just invest in the amount you can afford to lose, an amount that you won't certainly use for paying bills or for emergency funds, otherwise if you do that, the pressure will only gets higher and you can't deal on your bitcoin investment more patiently and calmly since you want to quickly see the amount of returns in just a short period of time.

Don't expect too much from crypto. They can offer you potential profits but at the same time they can also used up your lifetime savings if you are not that patient and experienced enough in dealing with its volatile market. And if ever you decide to invest, stay away from taking out loans or borrowing money. Any kind of investment has its own risk, and once you take out loans just to invest, you are only increasing its risk to lose.

Fear of missing out is entirely the top spot to consider when you're in the market. I'm not here for losses but for profits and will make sure I'm capturing every moment to earn profit. Before going into crypto, there are several parts to adhered to and the sectors are selectively stationed. Crypto advised are always precautions to noted early because if taken a wrong step, losses are recorded instantly.

Always know that mistakes are real so don't be in a hurry when ever you want to perform any transactions to avoid mistakes although one can as well learn from mistakes, another important thing is being conservative in your dealings in order to avoid being scammed. Always do your personal reasearch and make your analysis before making any form of conclusion, don't be carried away by things you see in the internet always be in control of yourself, because there alot of fake and negative information are can be very deceptive.

My most important crypto advice is to give the process time. Take your time to study and understand the market before investing.

⚫Do not be in a haste to cash out crypto money, because if you get caught up in the 'get rich quick' mentality, you'll be easily scammed.

⚫And do not invest more than you can afford to lose. Increase your investments as you go and understand the market.

⚫Lastly, don't invest all your money in crypto; ensure you budget properly, have your untouchable emergency funds, daily usage funds, crypto funds, and any other funds.

📌Do not use emergency funds for crypto, please.

Thank you. Is there anything else you'd like to add?

Here I have come to read many advices related to crypto, I think I have acquired some knowledge from here. But I will give a very simple suggestion. My advice is to be careful when doing p2p trading as many scammers create fraud here. I have been scammed myself as I was scammed into my home currency by p2p and left without checking the balance. Scammers sent a message from them and it was a message from my local mobile banking (Nagad) I thought they paid my money so I left without checking the balance. Later when I went to check the actual balance, I saw tk.000 in my account, so I ask to be careful while doing p2p trading.

My other advice is to avoid investing in any exchange wallet and holding that investment. Always use your own wallet to invest. Also I have heard many people use casino platform wallets to hold investments I would say never use casino platform wallets to hold investments. Stay Away from Shitcoin Investing Be sure to use Bitcoin for long-term investing. Do not trust all people and reveal your investment to everyone, not everyone here may be of the same mind as you.

The advice that currently works for me is:

1. Avoid YouTube influencers when you plan to invest in Altcoins.
Little did I know that those influencers are most times the owners of the project or they are in partnership with the project owners. Believe them at your own peril.

2. Don't encourage others to invest rather teach them about bitcoins if you know they have enough knowledge to comprehend what you are saying to them. in this way, you can avoid any blame from them because you only convey to them the necessary knowledge about cryptos.
Encourage them to invest and be ready to take the blames of failure. Teach them about bitcoin and allow them to make decision and become the hero

7. Last but not least, patience and perseverance during a bearish market are the best traits you could have, so always prepare for the bad scenarios, and don't worry, it won't last forever.

This advice is key but at the heat of it, it is often neglected.

What is your most important crypto advice?
Please share here and also add a short comment why it is your most important crypto advice.

My most important crypto advice is "not your keys - not your coins" because it is simply a very important advice, where we should be aware to have real access to our coins and don't need to rely on a middleman. Bitcoin is clearly designed as a P2P currency.
Let's make it simple. Since everyone shared their brilliant crypto advices, I've got only one to say, do not just follow blindly but learn to verify them as well. With personal experience, you will learn all of that without doubts. Just continue to DYOR and never be afraid to learn and experience something new, that's actually getting out from your own comfort zone and fulfilling the best version of yourself.

6. No one should know that you are holding some bitcoins whether small or big. in other words, don't flex it.

Don’t invest in new altcoins, stick to bitcoin. There is only one coin that proves its long term worth all throughout the years, that is undoubtedly bitcoin. And when you invest, invest with your knowledge first prior to investing in real bitcoin. And last but not the least, do not quit your real job in exchange for bitcoin investment. You will definitely reach that part when your investment profits are sufficient and sustainable enough. But as much as possible, go with multiple investments, not just focusing only on a single asset.
I am not going to suggest new altcoins or meme coins, I am not even saying that all altcoins are worthless or that investing in them can lead to loss because there are some good altcoins in the market along with Bitcoin. Some have always given profit to their buyers, the top names are ETH, BNB, SOL, etc. In my opinion, these coins are very good.

If a trader with low investment chooses them for trading then it will not be bad but if one wants to invest his money for the long term then Bitcoin is the best and it is for everyone. Know that Bitcoin is the king of the market but these coins are also good for investment. The rest is everyone's personal choice, some people like to invest in Bitcoin and only Bitcoin, some people invest in meme coins in the market and some people prefer to invest in alternative coins but I think there should also be some good alternative coins in a portfolio with Bitcoin.

don't trust others, invest and save your own bitcoin in your wallet. this is an important advice for someone who wants to invest in bitcoin. because there are some people who want to invest in bitcoin, then they trust someone else to buy them bitcoin, and let that person control their assets. unfortunately this trusted person ran away and took all the bitcoin, and the person finally cried knowing that all his assets had been taken away. that's why it's important to learn how to invest in bitcoin and how to manage it in a non-custodial wallet personally without the help of others, to prevent such things from happening.

Everyone have one or two reasons to cryptocurrency, but I understand that in cryptocurrency what is necessary is to know a particular coin you want to invest on, because if you invest without direction it might end you to lose your investment, so for beginners who doesn't know the way forward of cryptocurrency suppose to know that cryptocurrency investment is risk and it needs a lot of time to study and digest the pathway of it's investment properly before investing on it.

I think the most important crypto advice would be for newbies to gain enough knowledge about the market before they start making investments in this industry because cryptocurrencies aren't a get-rich-quick scheme and if they think this way about them, they are going to waste their money. They need to do enough research before they choose a cryptocurrency they want to invest their money in because, without research, you can't know whether a project has potential or not.

Most newbie investors these days invest their money in meme coins and newly launched altcoins without doing any research, they need to understand that cryptocurrency investments aren't supposed to be taken as gambling where you make a bet and try your luck to see whether you win it or not, if you do that, you are going to lose a lot of money.
This is the fact about newbies like me. From experience, I have been a victim of something like this, so, is better for us to not rush into investing in a particular coin because of the shallow knowledge gotten. Acquire enough knowledge. Do more research and don't just trust anyone you just met with your wallet and private keys I'm sure you know this. avoid trial error trading, this is not betting. Beware of scammers so don't be so greedy in investment.
It's not written on their forehead as a sign of scammers but they  have some characteristics. Like trying to help you or showing you some fake online testimonies of people that they have helped. And a lot more of things like these which are all lies.

1. Store private keys well on paper, if you store in the keep / google office if the email is hacked of course your records are not safe and can be copied, it is dangerous.
There is no need for you to store private keys of all your addresses that you have used, what you have to store on paper is your seed phrase, because with your seed phrase, you can recover all of your addresses in your wallet. Of course you shouldn't also keep your seed phrase in your mail box, it shouldn't be anywhere close to the internet, but should be backed up offline.
That's right, because these simple things make people sometimes think it's not too crucial / underestimate because they believe in security, the fact is that pharase is the mouth of access to storage, if in bitcoin core maybe more addresses can be owned with 1 pharase if imported, but it doesn't apply to altcoins like metamask or okx, it's manual and only 1 wallet appears and is synchronized. Sometimes people are curious about their own browser and open new domains brutally, many google notes products with email access such as ggoogle keep, docs, spreadsheets etc. the features are good but if our email is careless storing pharase in the cloud is not a good idea. better manually whatever the medium is to write / write. the internet is like a 2-way mirror that can turn around at any time.

Whenever crypto is mentioned somewhere for example, social media, public places, occasions etc, I will always consider privacy as my priority. People usually fall victim to different scam method mainly because they had discussion in an open environment about bitcoin investment unknowingly. Security is also important, where and how an investor can store their coins and save their seed phrase, concerning bitcoin accumulation method, any one can start with any strategy depending on their income but, the dca strategy is most common where you can buy and hold monthly or weekly with any amount. Lastly not all crypto will be beneficial during the long run so while making any choice make it wisely.

Do thorough research yourself before investing. Additionally, avoid greed during trading and carefully evaluate the analyses and studies available in the market.

Aside doing thorough research which is a prerequisite before starting your crypto journey, I would also advise everyone to guard their wallet keys as if there life depends on it. Yes, there life actually depends on it because the assets shaped their future.

I have fallen victim twice and I know the implications of carelessness as regarding our keys. If you can not safeguard your keys, you are probably holding assets for another person. As Op stated, it’s not your coin if your keys are not well secured.

Always be patient to verify before hitting the button: Never be in a hurry to take an action on any information you read on this space. Don't be the guinea pig to be used by others in the experiment of any new project that appears online, get patient, watch and wait till you hear from the experience of others about the project before jumping in. Stay cautious.

Don't live on the assumption that a site is correct and genuine because you have seen it before somewhere. Scammers can modify a genuine site with just a dot or slash symbol, and if you're naive not to bother to cross-check you might fall victim of scam while believing you're in the genuine site. Stay awoke guys.

Don't believe in lies and false accusations but always do your own research. That's the most reliable advice I can give for someone new in this kind of industry. And never go for shortcuts towards crypto trading or investment success, everything comes from hardwork and full focus and attention on your crypto goal.

It is a good advice to crypto users which is very important for newbie to be aware before joining the forum, because there are some group of people sharing fake information across social media just to scared people, but if you understand crypto very well you will not be scared if you see such news in the community. Many people has loss all their funds for following shortcut to invest their funds, because they followed shortcut to earn quick income that lead them to loss their funds for other people to learn, and never to embark on shortcut in the forum. Create a good time to be more function in this forum, so that you can learn so many things that will add value to your efforts to ensure you be among the people will enjoy the benefits of crypto.

interesting, however, basic knowledge about securing personal wallets, especially bitcoin wallets, is something that must be prioritized, just imagine when you start to have some bitcoins in your wallet but you can't secure them then it is certain that one day the bitcoin assets you own will be stolen or lost due to accident

Yeah, security is very important in this network. As enthusiast we must learn to keep and store our seed phrase well because scammers or hackers don't have pity or  show Remorse for anyone they scam. In Bitcoin investment the most important data you have is your mnemonic seed and if anything probably happen to your mnemonic seed, all your holdings are gone, meaning you spent all th Se years and effort all in vain.buying a water proof safe shouldn't be a problem for those who wishes to secure their funds. Though most persons improvise by using other storage medium to keep their seed phrase safe but, if your seed phrase gets licked online you should consider moving all your Bitcoin to a new address and save your seed phrase manually.

Don't ever believe anything you see on the internet - no matter where you see it.... All 'em crypto wannabe projects are getting launched every single day and, all you can do about it - unless you've got specific techs to indulge - is avoid them.

Avoid trying to be part of a ponzi scheme for any reason; sometimes, it could be a trend of the season and your folks may have been a great guest to the party already etc...
We've got naysayers in almost any platforms you could seek to have visibility; there's never a good report about Bitcoin from them. Don't believe anything you see.

Only invest what you can afford to lose and never be in competition to have the same amount of investment with other people because we are of different value when it comes to income,  so it is important to know as investor just  go with what one can afford without stress. Investment is personal, never invest because some other people are investing. Do your research and understand why an asset needs to be invested. One thing never to take for granted is security, every password and seedphrase must be treated with care to protect assets. Trying to educate one's self is also important too, it helps in making oe to know the right things to do for an investment to be successful.

I completely agree with all that have said, yeah our investment money should be more like a disposable income after taken care of whatever might have been considered to be a basic needs which by so doing we can comfortably invest with much of the emotions attached to it while making a good and informed decisions that will be in line with our investment goals and objectives, don't invest because it is what everyone seems to be talking about or doing but rather you must have your personal conviction before making any investment, and it must to suit you in terms of your financial stand, risk tolerance level and investment goal and objectives inclusive.

Focus on investing in Bitcoin, I wish I had someone to tell me this when I started my crypto investment journey and I wished I followed the advice too. Immediately you start investing in altcoins, it becomes difficult to focus on Bitcoin and when you begin to ignore Bitcoin you lose out of the generational wealth you could have created for yourself and your family. It's not too late if you missed investing in Bitcoin as you can always turn the wheels around and focus on accumulating Bitcoin and not altcoins. Just know altcoins are for gamble and I'm not saying you can profits from it but it shouldn't be your main focus.

This is another one but this doesn't mean we can't use centralized service but we shouldn't leave our Bitcoin with them. When the options for a decentralized service isn't available, we can used CEX but don't used them as a wallet. The choice of exchanges being used as wallet is one big mistake newbie do alot and it causes them to lose their Bitcoin or altcoins when exchanges go bankrupt or exit scams. We shouldn't entrust our crypto to a third party and neither should we use wallets that aren't non constodial.

Knowledge is one of your primary use if you would like to join into the world of investments and crypto of course once you already have this I guess one of the most essential is to secure your asset if you have a money to invest with your coins you must have a good layer of security for your devices you are using try to have atleast protection so hackers and infiltrators won't steal your information and of course your seed. Next is to invest to a hardware wallet it's just a few couple of dollars than lossing all of your money with just single mistake of clicking a link. Stay vigilant as possible.

The best way to save your seed phrase is either save it in a hardware wallet or save it in a piece of paper and store it in a safe.

My most important crypto advice:
"Never invest more than you can afford to lose."

Why is it most important?
Because of volatility, the prices of cryptocurrencies can be very rise or can be very fall. This is uncertain. So we should invest only as much loss as we can afford.

Thank you.

Yea, it's also the most important crypto investment advice I can give to someone, because when you as an investor invest only what you can afford to lose, first of all your emotions will always be in check, especially the fear you feel if your investment isn't going as planned.

Another advice I can give to someone venturing into the crypto space is the person in question needs to go for knowledge first, before even putting his hard earned money, because in this crypto space we find ourselves, knowledge is very much key, that's why you will only get what you deserve,  if you are knowledgeable enough to know how to navigate your way safely, you will be very much profitable and ok, but if you knows nothing about the system and how it works, at some point, you will  pay for your ignorance, either to scammers or you invest your hard earned money in the wrong asset, just as shit coin is, so go for knowledge first.

And lastly, in this space we find ourselves, while investing, focus more on accumulating Bitcoin, because all other coin out their are not trustworthy as Bitcoin, because Bitcoin is the real deal.

My best crypto advice especially to the newbies gose as follows:

Avoid shitcoins

Do not invest due to FOMO

What is your most important crypto advice?
Please share here and also add a short comment why it is your most important crypto advice.

My most important crypto advice is "not your keys - not your coins" because it is simply a very important advice, where we should be aware to have real access to our coins and don't need to rely on a middleman. Bitcoin is clearly designed as a P2P currency.

Not your keys, not your coins is the most advice you can come across in this forum about bitcoin and if you abide by it, you will not have problem owning and keeping a cryptocurrency in your possession. This is the main idea behind bitcoin ownership. Your security and privacy is what matters a lot in bitcoin and if you’re able to win over those two things, be rest assured that you’ll not have much problem in your journey in cryptocurrency.

Do your own research is also a very underrated skill you need to have when talking about cryptocurrencies. Without doing your own research, you won’t have a grasp of what bitcoin is all about and to also know which wallets are most preferable to be used as a crypto investor. These and many more should be knows but if you’ve taken the first step to know more about bitcoin by doing your own research, you’ll get to understand the market better and won’t be led astray of or regret joining the bitcoin community.

Keeping your mouth shut is one of the most important ways to protect one's privacy, aside from keeping your private keys and phrases safe from the eyes of others.

Some of the theft cases that I have read online are due to how lousy the holder is, which attracts people to either set hacking traps or physical attack robbing.

If some people can learn how to keep their mouths shut, their chances of protection for their holdings will increase.
I honestly agree. You will secure more your privacy and anonymity if you keep your mouth shut constantly. Don’t be too trusting to other people and share them important details, that will only put yourself at risk. And always stay low key. Don’t tell people your crypto success, but only keep it to yourself. Focus on your own growth and progress by constantly educating yourself, that will establish your bright future ahead of you.
It is not always easy to distrust friends, relatives... some people are more suspicious, but others are too trusting and don't see evil in others. On the other hand, some people need to to draw attention to their person and their successes (narcissistics and people with low self-esteem (although aren't them the same?)).

So, if you have cryptos, better think about it twice before opening your mouth. You have almost nothing to win, but too much to lose.
Getting a family member, friend, or relative to trust some information is very hard, but in some cases we still have to take the risk of doing so. One just has to limit the number of ears they disclose such information to in order to also limit the number of people they suspect when things go sideways.

If not that, at some level, one just needs to share their crypto holding information with either their spouse or child in case of emergence. I completely like the idea of remaining anonymous and private about one's holdings.

Do not borrow money or take loan to invest in cryptocurrency even if it is Bitcoin.

Do your own research is the most important advice because if you do your research, your decision will be centered based on your knowledge, and you will hardly make a costly mistake that will affect your crypto journey.

Don’t be greedy if you are a trader, take the little profit you have and move on.
You have mentioned one of the things that are very important in the crypto industry and all investors must learn to not neglect these things if they want to be successful.

Borrowing money to invest will not actually solve things for you it is more like investing for the person you borrowed money from but just that you get to keep any profit made. When you borrow money to invest you will have no rest of mind and when ever there is a downward movement in the market you will be even more frustrated and there will be no rest of mind for you and you will be more bothered about paying back your debt.

A lot of people ignore doing their own research and always want to follow the predictions and speculations of others and it’s very wrong so we need to prioritize doing our own research to always have knowledge about what we are investing in.

Greed is also as important as others because it has cost a lot of people their fortune all in the name of wanting more. It is important for every investor to be able to eliminate greed from their investment.

Don't believe in lies and false accusations but always do your own research. That's the most reliable advice I can give for someone new in this kind of industry. And never go for shortcuts towards crypto trading or investment success, everything comes from hardwork and full focus and attention on your crypto goal.
The points of your suggestion looks like almost similar with others
- Always DYOR
- Gain proper knowledge
- No instant success

Actually these are common suggestions that we very often saw in this forum. Those are surely useful suggestion, but sadly many of people don't care with the suggestions. Especially the newbies, they are too obsessed to gain money as much as possible. The obsession makes them forget the key for the success, they are not patient to get knowledge properly.

Think twice before doing anything.
Bitcoin gives you absolute power with spending your money, and that includes making mistakes. Thinking twice and double-checking your entries is crucial because once you press that send button, there is no going back. There is no customer support to turn to or a redo button to correct your mistake. If you adopt such a mentality, it can also help you outside of bitcoin and crypto. That in combination with common sense and you will never fall for an obvious scam ever again.

I think these are the two best advice you can ever give to anyone and be safe in the cryptocurrency industry. You don’t just save the next individual but, you guide yourself in the process even while stirring the individual in a direction.

10. DYOR
Asking them to DYOR puts the ball in their court so they understand the options they’ve got and how it is by their choices to see reasons to believe or not all originated from them, perhaps your pep talk could be a guide but, you let them be a boss of their own like very crypto investor is expected to be.

3.  Not your Keys - Not Your Coin
Not your keys, not your coins!
No better way to be both cautious and safe than not following these principle. It ensures you keep your Bitcoin on a non-custodian wallet as well as, keeping your keys private.

1. Do a lot of research on crypto currency.
2. Try to keep your secrets to yourself.
3. Invest with knowledge and analysis.
4.  Don't sell them hastily after investing.
5. Don't worry about price drops.
6. Don't listen to rumours.
7.  Keep  money in the right wallet.

I consider Bitcoin to be the safest to invest in the crypto world.  Holding long in other coins seems risky to me. Be sure to keep an investment mindset. remember "no risk no gain".

The ease of storing coins today is free to choose non-custodial wallets, cold wallets and can even buy hardware wallets, all wallets can be rated the best that people often use widely. better:

1. Store private keys well on paper, if you store in the keep / google office if the email is hacked of course your records are not safe and can be copied, it is dangerous.

2.if the wallet contains bitcoin / other crypto to be saved in the long term it is better to separate it from the usual new web interaction (even research material).

3, Many types of investments are just growing in crypto, there are indeed some that can survive and even take a long time to get into the top tier cex, and only then can you see good market volume and good coin prices, if investing in cheap coins it is better to budget from daily trading capital, in the sense of not rushing to use, very high risk and high profit. If in doubt, it is better to choose bitcoin that is already in any market that can even be bought in 1 an satosi, according to ability.

The common tip is about keeping our private keys and they no longer belong to us when we don't have them. And about keeping our mouth shut, this is actually what I've learned with my stay here for years. Excitement is there when we see our assets going up due to the volatility nature of it and we're just too happy to share it with the others. It's best to avoid that at any season, you'll never know if the person whom you're talking to can do such a thing against you because you've been too vocal. You don't have to share everything about your life especially your finances and the assets that you own so I agree to put a zipper on our mouths.

My biggest cryptocurrency lesson is never to trust the statement of another person always do your own research to fine out what exactly you are up against because as matter of fact, most comments or advice are born out of the experience of another person whose situation a.d experience is different from yours and following their advice, suggestions and advice may give you wrong results and that is why we advice that we should always carry out a second thought and personal research before taking any recommendations and advice seriously.

What is your most important crypto advice?

My two most important crypto advise are:
1- Invest what you can afford to lose
2- Not your keys not your coins

This are very important to me because i feel they are the key to investing, when this things are stuck in one’s head and he abides by them then i believe the person is safe and maintaining discipline.

- Investing what you can afford to lose is very important for every person so they don’t go risking too much all in the name of investing, it’s not a do or die affair so investing too much above your comfort will only put you into more trouble.

- Not your keys not your coins is another advice i take seriously because it’s about security of one precious assets and understanding this will let us know the dangers of giving out our keys to others and also know the best type of wallet to utilize.

-I have some and from my personal experience, the have been helpful. Don't take anyone word in crypto, because Mr. Analysts says Bitcoin is going to pump or dump doesn't mean it's going to happen, what happen here is speculations which could be wrong or right.

-Learn to take profit, nothing goes up forever and Bitcoin don't goes down forever but altcoins can go to zero. Know the type of coin you buy, you may not even recover your capital.

-Learn to do proper research about what you are buying, know about the team, check the tokenomics so that whales don't dump their coins or tokens on you.

-Just because you buy a coin doesn't really mean you will make your assume profits, you can get below your expectations and you can get above your expectations.

-In everything you do in crypto, make sure that you have some Bitcoin even if you like altcoins, make sure you have Bitcoin in your portfolio.

Bitcoin will rise forever because fiat money is falling forever. They will never stop printing fiat money and causing inflation; this is the Keynesian school of economics.

In crypto never give someone advice without giving them the disclaimer of NFA and DYOR because later they will blame you that you are the one who guided them to invest in crypto while it should be their own decision. And another piece of advice is if you are the one taking advice and the person doesn't give you a disclaimer or does not give a disclaimer in any case. Take it as a slight warning that they just want them to be free of weight on their shoulders. This means they don't want unnecessary tension by giving someone a piece of advice so to save themselves from future conflicts they say NFA or DYOR.

So as a person taking advice, don't just stop yourself there on the basis of these disclaimers but try to move with your thoughts or plans. They might help you achieve your point. Never discourage yourself from the words of others, be confident in your plan and always keep funds in your savings in fiat for emergency cases. That's it.

My most important crypto advice is - There's always an opportunity, so don't be in a haste
REMARK: Some people join the market hastily without proper analysis maybe because of some testimonies of fortune by their friends. They believe that if not that time, it can never be. It is fine to understand that there's always and there'll always be be opportunities in the industry.

9. Avoid overconfidence
What is your definition of over confidence in this context;
Failing to take premature profit;
Or
HODLing.

The most important advice about the crypto is to know the what you're here for, which are the basics of the cryptocurrencies block chains and the fundamentals technology and analysis, those are the keys of cryptocurrencies once you've known them all you will not find anything so the difficult again. And again in crypto there some words call seen phase which is our private key, is not something that we can play because when you lose it means you have loss all the assets you been keep for a while, that's why is very important to keep it well in a safe place.
The reason why people's always given advice about this private key is that there somes that are very careless; that they will been keeping it inside their phone, immediately the phone lose they can easily access to all your assets.

That is my goal; invest what you can afford to lose, and you must develop streams of income because you cannot achieve anything without them. Investment is extremely beneficial if you understand it properly and invest for the long term to make a lot of money. My advise to someone is to safeguard everything that can lead to losing an asset or finances and keep it to yourself rather than distributing it to anybody else. And the essential point is that your password, you should not trust anybody and try to give your password with anyone because he can lead to the loss of coin in your wallet, so be wise in all what you are doing and stop telling people what you have in your wallet because that is why some scammers put eyes on you to try all there possible best and get access and stole your funds. so don't truest anyone in online that try to ask you for your detailed because if you try and told him your secret that all. if you keep your privacy self and without telling anyone and continue your investment you will succeed.

My first crypto advice to anyone is that we should always keep our seed phrase in a proper place that's safe. Without seed phrase there will be no access to our coins.
Secondly, privacy as a Bitcoiner you don't need to showcases your assets because the eyes of scammers are on anyone who's into crypto currency, both the government are after anyone who is into crypto currency because they also seed a bitcoiner as someone who's doing fraud. So as this is concern, we have to keep our assets on a low-key so that people will not hear about our assets.
Research: Never fail to do your own research, it's important for a bitcoiner to always read anything that has to do with Bitcoin and he sees anything suspicious, he should endeavor to do his own research for proper knowledge.
A person who's getting ready to invest on Bitcoin should also know what he can afford to risk and what he can not afford to risk.
Concentration, is another thing a Bitcoiner needs, focus and know what you wants and what you are doing, if you are planning on long term investment, focus on it. If you are planning on short term investment also focus on that but the best one I advise anyone for is long term investment.

Don't share much information about your activities be anonymous always.
Don't flaunt your balances anywhere you might be the target of scam or frauds.
Don't rush any investment decision, Always do your research if the programs you are participating is legit. Background checking is always important.
Don't feel greedy on someone's result. Slow and steady start is good then always aim to improve.
Don't share your success to any random people. There might be some people will get envy in your result and do something that can harm you.
Always have doubts on everything and don't easily believe on what people say even if he's reputable people since not every words they say is true. So verify and know more deeper about the information you want to learn.

There are just few things that need to consider by people who's starting up in industry and for sure there would be a lot of things they discover since they could experience a lot of thing which can help them learn more about crypto.

1. Read as much as you can - Every resource shared in this forum has alot of information that needs to be consumed if you read them you will have all that information.
2. Try as much as possible to be private, your keys etc - every thing should be private. privacy oriented should be a goal.
3. Accept corrections - life is too short to be mad, when you're wrong in this forum just accept the correct and don't take any thing to heart.
4. Learn to have a thick skin - You will encounter opposites but don't take them as personal attacks and don't attack others too.
5. Take risk as much as you can - life is full of risk, bitcoin is also risky so take it to the fullest and hope for the best.
6. Invest what you can afford to lose.

Reminder: do not keep your money in online accounts

Importance of Bitcoin private key on control of your bitcoin is presented in above resources.

Quote
Bitcoin is clearly designed as a P2P currency.
It is about transactions but with private keys, you have control on your coins and your transactions too, full controls. You can use P2P exchange service but if you don't have private keys, you don't control your coin and transactions, hence you have to rely on that P2P exchange service.

My most important crypto advice is Never invest more than you can afford to lose. This is really important because we know cryptocurrency market is highly volatile and prices can fluctuate quickly. It is good to prioritize risk management and only invest funds that won't significantly impact your financial well being if lost. This advice help you to maintain safe and responsible approach to crypto investments.
And I strongly agree with your advice too
not your keys not your coins. This is also top crypto tip too because it is essential to have total control over our digital money.

1.  Buy
2.  HODL
3.  Not your Keys - Not Your Coin
4.  Keep your mouth shut.
5.  See #4

Keeping your mouth shut is the best way to protect our coin it is also one of the best ways to keep our lives safe, not everyone is happy with what we have and not everyone wants us to succeed in life, did you know that some people are jealousy of you just because you have been blessed with something that they didn’t have? Let's talk about preventing our coin or our investments, for some of us our mouth can not hide a secret from friends and other people, so it is very important to know how to keep your secret to yourself because when you start telling people about your investments gradually you will see some of them will want to get close so that they can hurt you or get close to how they can scam you.

Some people can make a setup by hiring people to kidnap you so that they will have what you have been working for a long time, people are very heartless and the way you tell them your secrets is the way they will get access to you and hurt you, no matter how close you are with a person don’t ever tell him that you have a coin you are holding, I have heard a story where the children kidnapped themselves and ask their dad for a ransom and to pay it in a bitcoin, that shows that the children know their dad secret and also knows he’s holding bitcoin.

Invest what you can afford to lose in cryptocurrency investment is one of the important advice to newbie, meaning, don't invest all your funds in cryptocurrency investment because the investment is different from centralized investment which you don't need to sell when the bearish season is still flowing in the market. Not your key not your coins which is another good advice to newbie to make a good choice to embrace a solid wallet to store their coins and save their seeds phrase and other personal details away from people, and it will be difficult for anyone to have access to their coins. Never you share your personal details to strangers in the community which is another good advice to newbie, because many newbie has loss their capital in the past, because they exposed their personal details to strangers in the community.

You must know what you are doing before you put out your money.
This is very important because cryptocurrency involves money or our hard-earned money, we must protect it at all costs. So never ever put your money in things that you don't know, take time to learn it know first.

It seems almost post above have pointed out the need to do your research and not storing your coins on centralized exchanges. On security level I will say, your best wallet is the cold wallet. Using cold wallet or any reputable wallet doesn’t mean your funds are safe or secure, it is also most important to properly and securely backup the wallet keys and seed phrase.

When making a decision to invest into cryptocurrency, only bitcoin is worth of been called an investment, buying Altcoins are just pure gamble no matter where they sit on the ranking ladder. Invest with an amount that you can afford to lose even if you’re investing into bitcoin. Learn to take profits from mostly Altcoins, they are very risky to hodl for long not like bitcoin.

2. Invest what you can afford to lose
3. Handle your emotions properly
4. Stay updated with the current happenings and rumors
5. Learn to make research often, and choose decentralization over centralization in every aspect(I think this point will make you decide on what wallet to use).

Of course, this is one of the best and most important tips that you mentioned for beginners. Following this advice closely is the use of a reliable hardware wallet, as it offers more secure holdings for the investor's assets with its high-security methods and excellent features that make it resistant to hacking. Also, one of these hardware wallets must be purchased directly from its manufacturer rather than from unauthorized markets. The security methods of the hardware wallet, such as recovery options, wallet access, and PIN codes, should be known only to the wallet owner and no one else.

Also, among the tips that I consider important are gaining experience and educating oneself. The more you increase your knowledge in this field through reading, learning, and understanding what you don't know, the more resilient you will become, leading to success as an investor and trader.

Be lowkey, don't be too talkative.

When people asks you about your crypto holdings, it's always best to just stop the conversation and tell them that you've sold.

Those type of people just want to know how much you're in or out with your holdings. And with that, you are only giving them the idea on how much your assets are into crypto.

Never be distracted
Hold
Beware of scammers
Don't be in a hurry
Take a risk

These are my own advice for crypto.
See how crypto have helped so many young people in the society I would advice everyone to take the risk in crypto and while taking these risk also beware of scammers because whatever thing money is involved there must be scam as well.

Then learn how to hold your crypto don't be in a rush don't listen to side talks just make your research and always be updated in whatever crypto business you do. Most people fall the victim selling their crypto currencies because they had double mind or want to make sharp money but don't be in a hurry always remember to hold onto what you've got.

DYOR = Do your own research as everyone says, you should be responsible for your actions if you acknowledge that it means now you are ready to fly, as you know the cost.

ABC = Always be careful, with your fund's security its as easy as ABC, just keep a strict eye on every application you use, avoid unnecessary junk apps, and never lick every link whether it's from a good source or not.

Be patient, this is where maximum of the new crypto investors lack, so try to adopt it.

5.  See #4
Keeping your mouth shut is one of the most important ways to protect one's privacy, aside from keeping your private keys and phrases safe from the eyes of others.

Some of the theft cases that I have read online are due to how lousy the holder is, which attracts people to either set hacking traps or physical attack robbing.

If some people can learn how to keep their mouths shut, their chances of protection for their holdings will increase.
