Why not try OKCoin? They have simple and advance platform to trade Bitcoin for USD or CNY.

I am looking for a payment service that I can use on localbitcoins.com to buy and sell quickly. There are a lot of services used there, but some of them aren't good for the US or just aren't practical. Just wondering what US people use that enables them to transfer back to bank quickly and start all over again. Thanks
