Later, I joined Concentrix, a recognized BPO leader, as an Advisor in a domestic voice process role. Over two years, I refined my customer support skills, excelling in both efficiency and customer satisfaction. I then moved on to [24]7.ai, one of the top BPOs, as a L2G2 Customer Service Representative in an international voice process. My three years in this role gave me in-depth experience with international clientele and complex support needs, and I was later promoted to Senior Quality Analyst. In this capacity, I worked closely with clients, providing frontline feedback, quality control, and timely updates to continuously improve service delivery.
