I'm trying to buy $100 worth of BitCoins now because I believe that investment will be worth $100,000 in ten years.

I wish to overthrow the global financial elite.  I believe Bitcoin can help accomplish that.

I advocate the Zeitgeist Movement & Venus Project.
Bitcoin is the beginning of the end of money. It has successfully boiled down the idea of money to its essence, and the world will see its utter uselessness and abandon it as ridiculous at best, paralyzing to humanity at worst.

This is less about what you believe Bitcoin will be or is for, more about why you are here and what you want to use Bitcoin to achieve for yourself.
That is exactly why I am here and exactly what I wish Bitcoin to achieve. What it is, no more and no less.

I believe in Bitcoin because of what it is. A fair, novel, and decentralized monetary transfer system. No more and no less.

Bitcoin: An Idea Worth Spending

"Mission Statements" and "Vision Statements" do two distinctly different jobs.

A Mission Statement defines the organization's purpose and primary objectives. Its prime function is internal – to define the key measure or measures of the organization's success – and its prime audience is the leadership team and stockholders.

Vision Statements also define the organizations purpose, but this time they do so in terms of the organization's values rather than bottom line measures (values are guiding beliefs about how things should be done.) The vision statement communicates both the purpose and values of the organization. For employees, it gives direction about how they are expected to behave and inspires them to give their best. Shared with customers, it shapes customers' understanding of why they should work with the organization.

We're all here because we're interested in Bitcoin, but why are you REALLY here?  What is your Bitcoin "vision statement"?

Mine might be constructed as the following:
"To make money in the form of Bitcoins via mining and providing services, convert some of them into USD to help pay my bills, and save the rest in case it is worth a great deal more in the future, while never compromising my own ethics or moral responsibility to those with whom I conduct business."
