I know one good crypto youtubers, but i don't know if he accepts project promoting or no.
His youtube channel is Mike michael, he is a very good crypto reviewer, his subscriber is not much but his contents are good.
To be honest, I don't really trust YouTube bloggers because they're strangers to me. If you want to find a normal, serious bounty for this you need to independently select quality projects. Even as an option to find the right people who can help in this,but to trust bloggers... Not worth

Youtube is a nice place to market ICOs however I will suggest you don't rely only on YouTube. You can also explore other media that can generate considerable traffic not forgetting that it is not everyone that can be reached through YouTube.
