If you are a regular Instagram user, probably you are already familiar with such scam ads. Whenever I open Instagram, every time I see a small video ads a guy was able to make some money by running a bot on his laptop. LOL. It's like he is mining Bitcoin and Litecoin with his laptop which is not possible now. I know it is a scam and I always skip such ads.

People who are new in the crypto world may fall for these scams. I don't know what type of scam are they. I always thought they would try to convince me to download their software which could be some kind of malware. So, I avoided them and never felt interested in checking what it was all about.

Yes, I also noticed the same scenario when I opened YouTube the past few days. It clearly looks like something that's not possible. If people use their common sense they will not fall into it. I was amazed when I noticed the comment sections. Most of the people comment positively.
---
I always use YouTube, and open the homepage more than 10x a day and in those 10x, I always see the same ads of these scammers trying to attract newbies by creating videos like the one OP has shared, and many other more.

I tried to open one of them and to my surprise, even the owner of the YouTube channel also said that it was a scam. Like the owner uploaded the video and said that it's a scam? Kind of confusing, but I also saw some comments of users telling that they almost got scammed because of the video as well. It's good that there are somebody that are saying to others that it's a scam, but in the end, there will still be some especially newbies that will fall for it.

Overall, just think of this quote. "If it's too good to be true, it's not true." Trust me, it works every time. To those newbies out there, don't fall for these traps. I know that all of us or most of us are using YouTube and it seems like they can't even manage to eradicate these scam videos like what's happening with Facebook. It's our own decision if we will fall to these scams or not. Always secure your assets. Smiley

By the way, it's another way of scamming during the bull market. just don't be greedy and use the common sense that if you can earn 2 ETH per day you never share it with the strange people. Smiley Scammers will not stop, they will come up with different ideas.

Yup, surprising how these ads can slip through the cracks while Google would happily deny anything deemed not advertiser-friendly. tabas created a similar thread sometime back

https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/be-careful-with-these-youtube-passive-income-scam-videos-5510180
Thanks for the mention, yes I have already made a thread about it and what's even crazy these scammers are very aggressively active. They never stop, it's so crazy that they keep on having new videos with a new set of channels with thousands of subscribers which I think that they have bought and set up the channel. Just like now, there's another one that appeared on my feed and it's a "sponsored" one. YT is taking all of this ad money from them while not caring for those who might fall for these scams. Someone big should step on and give more noise to YT from these approved ads.

This is the title on the feed.

Code:
Making $75,000 with AI in 1 Month – My Story of Earning 35 ETH

But upon clicking the unlisted video, it changes its title into this but nothing is different, still the same scam video.

I saw a sponsored video about this scam. I reported it but I doubt youtube will take the video down, they suck when it comes to regulating videos that promote scams.
They can easily fight this scam but you will find that the ads are full of such scams. I have also reported, let's see how long this scam will last.
That is true, but they pretend they are having trouble or probably just don't care much about it since they profit from it.

anyway, I found another sponsored video that was recommended to me by YouTube, I reported it too but just like the previous video I doubt something will happen to it.

Unless some government authority complains about these kinds of ads they are showing, they will just ignore those reports. I tried reporting such kind many times but it didn't work. I wonder who the hell approved such low-quality and scam ads and how you should report them when they are obviously too good to be true offers.

lol, in what way does it look legit? the title itself is already suspicious, now couple that with "if it is too good to be true, it's probably a scam".
Indeed, the title itself raises doubts and proves that they are a scam, as the returns they promised are not entirely realistic, but this doesn't change the fact that they produced the video professionally, relied on showing someone’s appearance by seeing and hearing him, and they added that it is a paid video that was released from their premium group to the public for free to build a community for their channel, in addition to the artificial intelligence tool and the codes generated through it to make the video more convincing.

Also, The dislike feature that YouTube hid made their platform a haven for scammers, as with the presence of the likes counter and fake comments, the scam may lead to deceiving many beginners, and I found many who lost their wallets. Whoever analyzes the code these scammers created will quickly realize that the bot they built is just a trick. Only anyone who sees suspicious things like this and unbelievable promises should ignore them without trying something they do not know.

The scammer definitely put some effort to the scam. But aside from title, there are some red flags you might notice.
1. The comments appears to be natural. But after some scrolling, all of them are either positive response or question.
2. Using ChatGPT to generate code. Those who tried using ChatGPT or similar chatbot already know it may generate buggy code.
3. If you visit scammer account page, you'll notice the scam video isn't shown on list of videos.

So aside from beware against something that sounds too good to be true, people probably shouldn't run code/smart contract they don't understand.

These YouTube algorithms are better at fighting pornography, violence, hate crimes, or even filtering out copyrights, but such scams can last for days, even if there are many reports. The best solution is to avoid clicking on any links that promise you any profit, even if it is one dollar.

The title of the video itself is an obvious scam..
Quote
How I get 1-2 ETHs per day thanks to bot! My experience

How on earth can anyone make over $6k a day with this kind of trick? Honestly, there’s no need to even watch the video, the title alone screams waste of time. The uploader might have over 4k followers on YouTube, and of course, it’s not just some throwaway account, but the content definitely is.
