99% scam, I'm sure. I have an account but monetization is banned. During last years dozens of such guys promissed to help if I would chose them as a Youtube Partners. No point.
Sorry, but I'm a bit sceptical about such services, especially when there is no proofs that it works. As I understand, people would have to pay in front. What if you won't be able to unban account? Will you make refund? And is it possible to re-enable monetization for such unbanned account?

Unban my old account and I'll certify it works, should get you alot more business as Im sure there are many litigious unnecessary type bans for all sorts of people who just could have had the video removed normally. I dont mind if my old account is kept open or not just offering to say that it worked, I think it had like 100 subscribers.

I have a youtube account where I uploaded videos I have playing guitar and singing but that was more than 10 years ago. I think sometime 2008 I was banned but I really don't know the reason because the email sent didn't mention anything. The last thing I did was that I connected my youtube account to the google adsense account I have. Is there a similar case that you had unbanned?

I had my main personal account unbanned, but had adsense connected from a brand account under main personal account.

I can get your youtube account unbanned/unsuspended. Even if you violated terms I can unsuspend it.
