YoBit is just a bunch of wallets in maintenance, for crazy fools only.  Roll Eyes

Can you elaborate?  Are you saying it's not an exchange?  Even if it's just wallets like Coinbase there has to be an underlying exchange

I'm kind of getting mixed messages here. I also read this one: https://yunbi.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000146641-Token-Delist-Announcement

This says they're just delisting some currencies and the other resume as normal. Does anyone know more about this?

So in the WORST case scenario, ALL the chinese exchanges close. And we lose 18% of the bitcoin trading volume globally. Or do we? What if everyone moves over to localbitcoins? What if people see, hey, actually we can also just go over to USD or RUB or JPY or KWN. Or just trade alt to alt, with the multiple available decentralised exchanges, and when ready to cash out, do a lump sum exchange to fiat over localbitcoins or even other exchanges (that don't have trading platforms.

It's not too difficult really.

Chinese are going to be out of the market. They don't have an exchange to buy btc with cny and also government might block people from using other exchanges

That's huge. Exchange reopen might take a long time. Chinese are heavy in bitcoin and gonna dump everything over the next few days when exchanges are still open to get back their fiat.

Not only Yunbi i think all bitcoin exchange china will stop operating on early october. I do not what will happen on that day after they closed. This will be the worst history in the world of cryptocurrency this year.

All Chinese markets will close in September or October, which is gradually getting worse for the cyrptocurrency community. I think if we do not have the participation of China, Bitcoin will certainly be very low price.

The closure are temporary. Don't know why people love to panic and fud. Guess that's what happen when you're investing for speculations and not for the tech

What makes you think so? I checked the OP link and screenshot but it does not say anything special.

Short term all this panic makes blood of the price, but longterm it is very healthy for overall  crypto development. So relax..
