Hi all, just want to warn about my issue. I'm tried to order two cards, ts sent me bitcoin address to pay. After I paid he said it was 'wrong' address:
Now he said he will try to 'recover' bitcoins before send me cards. I will update this issue if I receive tracking number or cards.

It has a private Iban but yes you can have other use the Iban number to make deposits.  

This card is from Bank of Central Asia,

you may top it up with wire or bitcoin

Can you top up independently using the card number?

There're many exchanges who offer to top up a specific Visa number.

From what I understood you don't get an account number.

You can withdraw from paypal if you open an account in a country that allows withdrawal to credit cards.

No they dont work with USA paypal for withdrawl, and the polish cards dont work with USA paypal also. 

You only can associate with paypal on the list I provided.

Just to confirm, can the cards be loaded independently without your involvement by wiring the funds to the financial institution? I do not need to maintain my anonymity as I will use the cards for daily POS purchases. I have very little experience with Bitcoin transactions.

other loads will be on the card and tracking will be provided to the last week orders. 

The card loaded fine for me, I sent 500 USD for a top up.
 I also was able to change pin at the ATM, Only issues is that you have to find an ATM that allows you to change your pin.  Also ATM fee is from the bank and the fee to reload is ok.

Actually your right which I changed it using Coinbase rate.  I didnt realize it at first and made a grave mistake in the beginning.  I use the coinbase rate now.

If you check our feedback people have dealt with me already and received there cards. 

This one is making me somehow suspicious, to be honest. Why would you use MtGox rate when you can't withdraw money from them and difference within other exchanges would obviously make you to lose money.

No Iban like the Polish cards, but the plus is there is no limit on the cards so you wont have to keep buying them over and over again.

also if you buy many cards you only have to pay the shipping fee once.

honestly they are charging me high fee for this so ill try to fight it cause i bought from Asia before it shouldnt cost more then 40 bucks.  Ill see if i can fight it and find out if they are over charging me.

I have the right not to share my personal info online with anyone.  Same thing goes with the customer.    Show me a law that I have to share my personal info for the world to see?

I gave him an option to pay me half with bitcoins, now he can scam me when he gets his card and not pay the other half he owes but I decided to take that risk even though he is a newbie here.    I could get scammed as well but I am doing it  just to get my first few more ratings on here and that was a risk I was willing to take and so were they.
