Are you talking about Antminer z11? It uses equihash algo, meaning it only mines altcoin, not Bitcoin, so this thread should be moved to the altcoin mining section.
About the PCB maximum temp for this unit, according to the specs, is 80c, near your current temp.
I don't know if my suggestion will work but would you mind to try to check the pool or miner's configuration if there's an option on the bottom to change it from high, normal performance mode to low power mode because it can help you get rid of high temp

what are the temps for the z11 abd my freq broads are 718 731 731 is there any frimware to change the freq or lower the hashrate, the temps are 73,70,76 fans are at hight speed all the time
