I've got a few Zap problems too in that e.g. for many weeks now there has been no activity in the various channels.  When I open the program, one or two channels won;t come alive unless I shut down and restart the program.  Similarly, if I send funds to the Zap wallet address, even after the funds have confirmed, they don't show up unless the program is restarted.

Opening a channel (to anywhere) is problematic...

The list goes on.  I've been waiting for someone with similar issues to post so I can read up on any solutions.

Based on the error message, it looks like you were trying to pay an invalid invoice. SO, did you actually have a lightning invoice created that you were trying to pay? Note that Lightning invoices are generally time-limited (minutes or hours usually) and from what I can gather, as a payment processor, MoonPay invoices generally tend to only be valid for a few minutes.

So, if you don't send within the specified time interval, the invoice will be void and then any attempt to send will fail.

Sent a message to paywithmoon support and they said to put the money into another wallet

Why not use Coinbase instead? It seems easy to deposit to paywithmoon with a Coinbase wallet.

Oppsss... it seems that they have youtube guides on their own youtube channel.

Look at this video on how to use zap wallet with paywithmoon https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=viq72bHo_Wk

For more guides check this channel https://www.youtube.com/c/MoonPayWithBitcoin/videos

According to paywithmoon.com you need to connect to their node you can find the node from here paywithmoon.com/lightning-network

Even if OP opens a direct channel with them, he won't be able to pay them without an invoice. The same applies to any other "non-keysend" node.

So it's a lightning network wallet.

This is honestly so confusing. I just closed the channel so which channel do you suggest now that supports keysend payments? Huh

Even if you open a channel to a node which supports keysend payments, you still won't be able to send them to any node. The destination node needs to have them enabled. I believe that LND nodes still don't accept keysend payments by default. Such nodes must give you a payment invoice if they want to receive coins from you.

I tried sending a keysend payment to both of these nodes from my c-lightning node and I got the same error. Once you open a new channel, you can try it with my node. It should work.

Those aren't transactions IDs, those are remote pubkeys

Keep in mind that not all Lightning Network nodes support keysend payments. You might need to get an invoice from most of them. You can try sending 1 sat to my node (0273da0a525390c36857841e208f1d289275c76ebfa7ecfde697c6cbf4f235b4f5).

What node did you open your channel to?

Where or what wallet do you make this transaction?

It seems it wasn't broadcasted yet I tried to search the transaction ID to blockchain explorer but they couldn't find it.

If you can tell us if what wallet exactly do you made this TXID maybe we can give you the right instruction to fix this issue.

Transaction error detail: INCORRECT_OR_UNKNOWN_PAYMENT_DETAILS

I send the right amount to moon (paywithmoon.com) or my other wallet with a random amount and for some reason it doesn't work. I tried the paywithmoon node (025f1456582e70c4c06b61d5c8ed3ce229e6d0db538be337a2dc6d163b0ebc05a5) and I also tried the zap node (03634bda49c9c42afd876d8288802942c49e58fbec3844ff54b46143bfcb6cdfaf) and neither have worked so far

I look up this error online and I find little to no clear answers or instructions on exactly what to do. All just some weird random github instructions I don't get. Anyone have a fix for this?
