It seems that the ZClassic (ZCL) has a brand new All star development team and they want to ressurect this sleeping coin.
They cancelled the 20% miners fee and they will rebrand this coin to Bitcoin Private.
The circulating supply is only 1.8Mio coins and the marketcap is really low because there were no developers for this coin for a while. This is a sleeping GEM.
