Ok I guess I found the problem.
Here https://www.poolwatch.io/coin/zcash I found a list of all active Zcash Mining Pools. As there is no activity on MiningPoolHub I guess that's why it won't work.
I'll try Flypool now...

I have the following issue, maybe somebody can help me:
I am GPU mining ZEC with awesome miner on miningpoolhub.
My settings:
-pool: europe.equihash-hub.miningpoolhub.com:20570 (for ZEC from https://zcash.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=gettingstarted)
-coin: zcash (ZEC) equihash
-algorithm: unspecified/ multi-algorithm
-EWBF Cuda Zcash Miner
Although the url ist for ZEC (Port 20570), all my mining output goes to ZEN wallet (Port 20594). Workers only apppear in ZENcash pool, nothing in Zcash pool.
I also tried different algorithm equihash 125.4 or changed Port to 20594. In every setting the output goes to ZEN.
So what can I do to actually mine ZEC?
