no need to rush, the initial reward is basically zero, no point in mining early, after two weeks will be around 6 coin per block...

i know they have this "slow start" setup, but i have nothing else to do Smiley))

actually giagge you are right it seems ... there was just another tweet saying that it will start 9AM PST (thats in about 1:20 hours from now)

so any pointers on GPU miner for local node?

Been trying to find out if the mainnet has started or not, and would think that in a launch of something like this there would be better info on their website (https://z.cash/)?

also their wiki stopped at setting up testnet (with rc4 https://github.com/zcash/zcash/wiki/Beta-Guide)?

also trying to figure out what gpu miner (390x on Linux) would work with local node?
