I've never tried ZEL wallet but thanks for your suggestion and happy to hear your story. But I'm still curious about the picture you attached. Looks like you need to edit your thread to fix the image.

You can be the best image hosting for Bitcointalk at the moment which is Talkimg (please visit that link). You can also see a discussion about this at this link https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/talkimgcom-image-hosting-for-bitcointalk-5450546

If any chance you were a victim of mining or investment scheme that required you to send your personal asset, money or cryptocurrency in any form to a third party then you obviously need some light in this dark tunnel. I have been a crypto holder since 2014 and was a victim of the Quadriga scheme in 2016. All the red flag right there but it was too late. Luckily I found an article where I was able to report and reclaim my lost asset, Now take a look at this article where you can Report and reclaim your crypto loss
Bet you'd find all your missing pieces.

I have two zel super nodes, the wallet has secondary encryption password and pin code. There are safecoin nodes running on my computer at the same time, daps coin masternode (must be unlocked), eca wallet running pos (must be unlocked)..., zel I rarely open my wallet, I only open it occasionally to check the node status. On the 25th, I opened the wallet to check the status and kept running without paying attention. On the 26th, I closed the wallet easily. I didn’t find the wallet had been stolen. I reminded the custodian on the 27th I, check the node status, I found out that my wallet was stolen on the 25th. My zel wallet was transferred all the coins, including all node earnings. zel is the only re-encrypted wallet on my computer, even if the node is running, you must enter the pin code when sending coins. Ask the team technicians, they said that they can transfer coins without passwords, and there is no way to help me recover the coins , I am very disappointed. If my computer is hacked, all my other coins will be lost, because I discovered it on the 28th. Even 0.47 coins of the zel wallet were stolen. The value of other wallets is much higher than that of zel, but nothing loss. I think there is some kind of loophole in their wallet. The address in the picture above is a stolen address. If anyone can retrieve it for me, I am willing to share half of it with him. I spend more than one btc on these coins, and of course you can also fully own it. I remind everyone to pay attention.

What the hell you even talking about. The d2fa is for your own protection. Everything is decentralized in blockchain. As long as you rememeber your PIN your coins are never lost. You can disable the d2fa is you like man

Thank you for sharing that experience of yours so that other people who are also using this wallet should be reminded about it. If you want to, you can create a scam accusation about this wallet.

Thank you for your suggestion. I have used more than 20 different currency wallets. This is the first time this happened to me, and I still don’t understand what happened. The zel team is unwilling to explain anything. Because it was not their money that was lost, I hope it can attract everyone’s attention

Why would you try multiple and non trusted wallets?

Almost all trusted wallet support multiple cryptocurrencies and Defi tokens, still you went ahead & used a wallet which I also do not know.

Free Wallets does not mean you download anything for a change. It is you who is to be blamed and no one else.

But, still you need to thanked for letting us aware about this wallet and its issue.

Thanks once again.

If my computer is hacked, why haven’t my other wallets been stolen? All other coins in the computer are unlocking POS, and only zel needs a password to send coins, and the value of other wallets is no less than zel, zel’s team The technician said that there was no node vulnerability and that others were running well, but why did I get stolen? The team is unwilling to spend time helping me find the coins, which is disappointing

Hi,

On the contrary, several of our team members were absolutely willing to listen, and help you to the best of our ability and to what is possible. It's what we do.

I'm a Mod on the Zel discord.  You came to us claiming that coins were stolen from your wallet - and we sympathize.  From what you've told us, your coins were sent (apparently without your knowledge) to another wallet by someone who gained access to your wallet.  What you don't seem to understand (or accept) is that private keys to a wallet are everything. This isn't even about needing a password to send coins - if your private keys are compromised, your funds will be stolen regardless if you wallet is open, or if your computer is even turned on.  Again, that's just an unfortunate fact.  Zelcore does not offer custodial services.  Just like any wallet, the users remain responsible for their own private keys, and if those keys are compromised, they run the risk of having their crypto stolen.  We understand you're upset, but this is merely the fact of the matter.

Again, we sympathize for your loss but the safe custody of wallets (and their keys) is something we hope everyone takes seriously - regardless of the wallet people use to store their crypto.
