@Zenland, this service is really good but the problem it does not have enough exposure. I see people having deals in digital goods, but then the deals hit a snag when both parties can not get or agree to use certain a trust escrow service.

I am thinking that maybe this service needs to be advertised more, perhaps in different crypto related platforms in order to catch the eyes of the public.

We apologize for the delay in responding.

Thanks for the explanation.
One more thing interests me. Can I, as an agent, refuse to participate in arbitration? For example, if I think that the deal is unclear or there is no way to determine that there really was an exchange of goods, then I don't want to be an intermediary.
I tried to simulate and create a new contract, but I didn't see such an option.

We are planning to introduce a feature that allows agents to transfer arbitration rights back to the Zenland escrow address if they choose not to participate. Eventually, this function will also enable transfer of rights to a DAO. This addition is on our roadmap and we aim to begin development soon.

Just a quick question: When a user decides to assign an agent, do you present the available agents in a specific order or does the user choose an agent on his own from a list.

Agents are currently displayed on agents.zen.land in descending order based on the total monetary value of the contracts they've handled. We are also developing a filter feature that will allow users to sort agents by community and rank.

Anyway, have results for this contest been published as we await to get motivated for this task!

We have not received any escrow contracts from the BitcoinTalk community so far, which has led us to extend the contest until May.

Btw, when it comes to being a Zenland agent, is it based on first come first serve to get a gig or if clients pick you as their agent how does one get notified for this task to provide an efficient service...

Clients need to manually assign you as an agent for their contracts. We are currently developing a feature to automate notifications via email. Until then, agents will receive notifications through Telegram when they are assigned to arbitrate a contract.

I received your dm two weeks ago and I really apologize for the delay in responding. Well, your topic and invitation were greatly appreciated and I didn’t think that you would pay much attention for the community and users her. I have participated in all your testing campaigns before official launch and have always been confident in the value of this service for everyone here especially for sellers and traders to avoid many scam cases.
In short, I have submitted my application and regardless if accepted or not, I am convinced that this escrow service will be so beneficial for the forum and I will participate whether as an agent or a user.

Just a quick question: When a user decides to assign an agent, do you present the available agents in a specific order or does the user choose an agent on his own from a list.

There are two types of chats on Zenland. Direct and contract chat.

Direct chat rooms can be created between users by opening the Chat page and entering their wallet address or username in the search field. Direct chats are intended for users to talk and discuss their deal before creating a contract. Regular users cannot create direct chat rooms with agents, or vice versa. Direct chats were implemented after a suggestion of a Bitcointalk user.

Contract chats are automatically created between the parties when a new contract is created and are intended for storing the updates and details of a particular case in one place. Besides messages sent by contract parties, contract chats also automatically save and display all contract actions taken by either side. You can learn more about contract chats here.

Agents can only access contract chats only if they are invited to arbitrate them. Agents can see the details of all contracts they are assigned to, but cannot read the contract chat or see the contract status unless they are invited to arbitrate.

Thanks for the explanation.

Zenland, I need to ask.
How is the communication between buyer, seller and agent conceived?
I tried to create a chat room on your platform, but I need to add users by username. I got a negative response to everything I entered as if they didn't exist. It would be good if the communication also goes through your platform because on other communication platforms (like Telegram) one party can always modify or delete important conversations.

Can you explain a little or at least refer to the part where it has already been explained?

How often are escrows used through your service? Are agents required to be available at certain times or just whenever contacted?

When two users use the Zenland platform as an escrow, they have the option, if they wish or consider it necessary, to assign an arbitration agent.

For example

Here is all about: https://zen.land/agentshandbook.pdf
Thanks, i'll take a look and see if any other questions pop up in my mind.

I like your platform from the first test. Over time, I have followed your activities here, maybe not so obviously, but still I have and it seems to me that you are going in the right direction. You may even have attracted less attention than you deserve.

I have applied for escrow agent cooperation. Maybe I may not have filled out all the information in detail, but you will recognize my application.  Wink First of all, I would like to test this possibility first, because I need to fully understand the whole process. Only after that, I can think about any promotion of me as your escrow agent.

At first glance, everything looks of the highest quality, all the necessary details have been worked out.
I wish you maximum success, you will have to try hard with marketing since this is a matter for a small circle of people, good luck. I will keep an eye on your creation.
