Please provide feedback for Zenoribbon, which is scheduled for limited release in March or June. The key feature is that it uses Claimchain instead of Blockchain technology.
Zenoribbon is part of a much larger effort for anonymous peer-to-peer internet web hosting concept named Rainbow Road. To understand Zenoribbon it would first be needed to understand the concept of a web of trust is and how a web of trust can be used to form a consensus. That is why Zenoribbon is buried in the Zeronet.txt section available in the download link below.
Comparison to Alternatives
Zenoribbon is designed to be more comprehensible so that most people can understand the entire system without a fraction of the effort of cryptocurrencies or traditional banking systems. Transactions are done by a system of public posts tagged for consensus review instead of relying on mining servers which use lots of electricity. The only part that is difficult to understand is how digital signatures work. Instead of using blockchain transactions, a claimchain transaction using the Web of Trust (WTR) is used as described in that nearby section. The currency is centrally issued to all those who want to participate, but then decentrally transacted by public broadcasters as described further in nearby sections. This system is expected to provide more close to the lowest possible transaction costs for a public accounting system.
