I think this exchange is dead. I usually trade ERC20 tokens there like 2years ago. I haven't long in to the exchange for a year plus. I hope I still have my 2FA keys intact! I was thinking their native coin will boom, so I bought much then, I think I shoud have kept my ETH instead.

I used to have this token maybe hundreds of thousands of tokens, and I've sold them all because I'm not sure about these tokens and plus the pandemic last year made me have to sell them, if the price increases maybe it will make me unable to sleep, because I have so lots of Ziggurat/ZIG tokens..

I know $ZIG token few months ago but the only thing that stopping on investing on your exchange token was its lack of volume and token utility. Are you planning to have a launchpad and introduce a NFT marketplace in the future? Most of top exchange or even mid class exchange has this feature and they are successful on driving there token value up due to more possibility of token utility. Although I don't have an account with this exchange, but I believe that, for them to have received major investments which I also assume is partnerships shows they have something good to offer. Now all that is required of the team is to keep improving on whatever they offers, such that more users and of course partners will come onboard, this to the best of my knowledge in this crypto space as well as in exchanges, is what increases the value and worth of an exchange. Binance is doing it perfectly well, they supports projects, implement features and so on, therefore nothing stops this particular exchange from doing so, although it might be tough and take time, but with serious commitment from the team, it will be actualised.

Also, is there any info about this token, how was it been sold? Are there buy backs, discounts or token burning? What's the use case for it or anything else about the tokenomics? Or is it just a generic token that these guys decided to sell for no real reason?

Very good observation, nowadays there are many shady project out there that it has become absolutely necessary to always check whatever we find interest on, if this is such a great project as the op claims, it should already have a teaming community supporting it and also some active development to enhance the project, we have seen several cases when exchange rug pull all of a sudden, claim fake hack et'al,
i think the team need to work hard on increasing development, engage in building an active community to support the project.
