since CurrentB was gone for a year I did not complain but now seems to be the appropriate time to mention this.

my correction last week was due to recent inventory exercise of mine and that we sell more or less at the same price is a coincidence. I think I do enough to distinguish myself by using bitcoin images on the post stamp and that I do only one type of the Z$ bill. And my Z $ exchange is older (my oldest otc ratings are from early 2011)
And also use #bitcoin-otc occasionally (if you see ptmhd around on irc, ask for 5% discount ; ) and bitmit and most other forums.

Kind of funny actually seeing this thread. I was just telling a friend two days ago about hyperinflation and the Zimbabwe 1 Billion note is what I used as an example.

Welcome fellow bitcoiners. I am selling Zimbabwean banknotes. Searches show me that these are sold sporadically around here and I'm sure many of you guys, being exotic currency buffs, know about these, but for those who don't, during the 2000s, Zimbabwe went through some pretty bad hyperinflation which culminated in the printing numerous successively larger bills. In 2006 the Central Bank of Zimbabwe released a new currency slashing 3 zeros from the old one. This happened again in 2008, this time 10 more zeros were slashed, resulting in the new series, which I bring to you here, which ultimately reached the 100 Trillion denomination.

To be clear, these are officially worthless as the Zimbabwean government abandoned their use in favor of foreign currencies. But they still have value for collectors.
