Contact their official support on their website, and maybe post in this thread: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=128314.7000.

I just did that and now they said they have processed the order,  but still there are no bitcoins in my account...

Hey I have a two emails from ZipZap saying that my order has been successfully processed, one for 203.95, and the other for 403.95, however its been 12 hours since this processing and there are not bitcoins in my account.  Please help me out Yankee.
