Small bump.
I checked their website but I can't find any list of pay point outside USA.
I live in London, where are these 28k shops?

It's not being rolled out until January: http://www.coindesk.com/zipzap-offer-cash-bitcoin-service-28000-uk-locations/

This seems like the most bullish news I've ever seen for bitcoin. The biggest problem that faces ordinary people who would dabble in bitcoin is acquisition. If there was just an ordinary corner store that sold them than many people who wouldnt be willing to research exchanges or localbitcoins would be willing to buy them. Strange that there is no uproar.

yes, as mentioned above it used to be a way to fund a Gox account. But it was convoluted and confusing, with many opportunities for something to go wrong. However if I could just directly buy them from ZipZap I would check them out. The real question is what are their fees?

Yeah, I suspect there'll be a big mark up.

50% useful. I don't suppose they are going to be willing to exchange Bitcoins back to cash at the spot rate.  Since you can buy practically nothing with Bitcoins in the UK outside of London I hope they are prepared to deal with customers wanting their money back.  WHAT DO YOU MEAN THE PRICE HAS FALLEN 20%?
