So here is the result of the scam

It IS a scam regardless of what all the other sad keyboard warriors have chipped in with . WHY ?  Because from the very beginning he said I was lying and I wouldnt get ONE DIME from him . I told him my reason for not getting back to him sooner AS I HAVE A REAL LIFE ! !   but it fell on deaf ears .

Then all the big brave mouths came on to have their say . Most were fine but there were 2 morons who just couldnt help talking shite and embarrassing themselves .

So after I showed them how daft they looked that just fired them up more and it was funny watching them self destruct . They come on with hero and legendary statuses and want people to respect them . HA HA HA  yeah right I can buy the same account for $5 . Move along .

THEN after all this , saying NO REFUND EVER ! !  , OVER MY DEAD BODY NOT A DIME ! !   he says ok i will refund you . Not interested . Now THIS is where the losers went NUTS ! !  lol . Why put a scam accusation on then not take the refund ? ?   It wasnt about the money FFS its only $1.50 . It was about letting others know what ZOOMER is like and what he is doing . If someone scams someone for $1.50 then its wise to steer clear .

So im closing this now as its getting boring watching the losers say and do exactly what i want them to do . Its so easy .

Zoomer a deal is a deal regardless of personal issues. If you plan to be in business hearing rants, complaints, insults etc is typical from unsavory customers. But he should be refunded.

If you chose to not refund because of the "rudeness"then ya as other said I too would consider it a slighted scam. I don't care if I call Wal-Mart a whore. I bought it I should be able to return it unless all sales final is told.

As far as I know, I have bought like 5 or 6 netflix accounts from Zoomer. All are working like charm. I even pay in advance because I trust him. So I think there's no reason to lodge a scam report on Zoomer.

As i said I am ready to refund him so this topic will stop, but he refuse to post his wallet

I planned to change the password when I was away . So when I logged in THE NEXT DAY it was already dead . Same old crap as most others are selling on here .

I'm not on the scammer's side--there's not even a scam here, just some mudslinging and miscommunication.  Zoomer did offer to refund you, and you ought to take him up on that, but you seem like you want to just rant about it.  I don't think anyone thinks he scammed you, but he ought to take suchmoon's advice and ignore tirades like yours and just be a proper businessman about it.

I'm with you on this one. I think both parties are really at fault here: the buyer shouldn't start out insulting someone for an issue that they aren't aware of, and the seller shouldn't start attacking them back. Both are in the wrong. That said, if the buyer can prove the account did not hold up to the agreement set forth prior, I'd say a refund is absolutely entitled.

Two muppets refusing to be reasonable is not a scam. Send your password and your BTC address to Zoomer, let him check what's going on with the account, and collect your refund if it's really broken. Is that really any harder than all this drama?

Funny you should say that. I'm dealing with rude customers almost daily. Never the tone of the complaint has swayed me, I'm only paying attention to the contents. I can't imagine a situation where I would demand an apology before honoring my side of the deal. Besides 99% of them calm down after a few words anyway.

Ask for the password, verify the claim, issue a refund if the account is not working. Forget the apology and move on. Be the adult in this situation.

I think what happens here is something that can be resolved amicably. In as much that I won't want to encourage rude behavior but you could have just given him his refund and avoid this unnecessary publicity ... my opinion though

I would nee first the password so I can verify his claim and, then when he apologize about the insults I will refund not before that is my final word.

What would you say if i buy xy from you, and It will stop working and my refund request is like this :

Let me reiterate what I meant, if the buyer apoligised for being rude and decided to discuss the problem in a civil manner and his account indeed was not working, then I would refund them.

Try walking in to a bank and abusing the teller and demanding your money back without being civil and see how far you get 

The account stopped working after a day.It is mentioned in your terms and conditions that you won't refund the money if someone doesn't report the accounts stability in a specific period of time ? Maybe he was busy ? Maybe he didn't bother checking the forum ?

Neither of those two reasons can justify taking money for something you didn't deliver. Insulted? Grow a thicker skin if you want to stay in business. Customer didn't complain immediately? Offer a prorated refund, but honestly for the amount of money involved and the time you're spending arguing this you might as well refund it in full and move on.

I use my IBAN from MY BANK and where i claimed that I do use a CC?

Please do me one favor if you have no idea what I am selling stay out of my topic, I do sell them on EBAY and no one complained ever, my accounts are NO shared or CRACKED but only 1 MONTH valid accounts (FREE TRIAL) I do them for people who are not ready to give away paypal or credit cards for the trial!

If I was a  seller and I got a rude message from buyer demanding a refund, I also wouldn't refund them.

My account is NOT hacked or cracked, it is my own account.

You're basically selling hacked/cracked accounts which are against the forum rules.Secondly,you're trying to bring the personal grudges in between the deal.Since he has paid you the amount and his account has stopped working,he has all the rights to "insult you" and ask for the refunds.If you're not ready to refund,it reflects your attitude towards the people who have paid you.This is an indirect scam indeed.
