Not to much, is it passive?

Yes, passive, 1.15b.

I'm not taking it too seriously. I don't wanna invest into mining so much money.
1.15b model with Spartan 6 SLX75 is the last model which can be used with free development environment from Xilinx. I wanna play with it and (in some point in a future) don't wanna be stuck with SLX150 FPGA(s), which can't be used for aything else then BC mining.

From reading this forum ZTEX seem to be the best option, however their 1.15x and 1.15y versions appear to have disappeared from their shop.

Last time I checked which was beginning of March, Stefan told me that the 1.15x was available only on large orders; 70+ units only. I have no idea what has happened to the 1.15y; last time I checked they would be available sometime in April.

They still have the 1.15b and 1.15d options, although I'm wondering if these are any good? According to this website http://www.ztex.de/btcminer/ the 1.15d can perform at 215 MH/s, has anyone used this before?

For nearly €500 for 1 x 1.15d unit, I would wait, unless you have deep pockets!

I currently have a GPU that I use for occasional mining when my PC is on, I'm looking to have something running more permanent such as low powered FPGA board.

I have a spare Raspberry PI I've been using for experimenting, and I'll be using the MinePeon in this post https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/linux-mining-distro-for-the-raspberry-pi-minepeon-137934 to control the mining hardware

Thanks for any help offered
