Strange, I never heard before about PerspectiveCoin (PERC) platform which using for ZXCoin. Why did you decide to use exactly this one platform?
It's just that the owner of PERC and ZX Coin is the same person. The PERC re-form is built on NXT code, and this code was really the best application for creating the platform.

Download coin folder
cd PerspectiveCoin
sh ./compile.sh
sh ./run.sh
Going to http://localhost:8423
Create/login PERC-account
Go to Vault stack and find ZXCoin.
Mining instructions:
Go to PerspectiveCoin/conf folder
Create nxt.properties file
Paste to file next parameters=>>
nxt.mint.serverAddress=localhost
nxt.mint.currencyCode=ZXC
nxt.mint.secretPhrase=your passphrase
nxt.mint.unitsPerMint=1
(You can put more or less, it depends on the speed of your CPU)
nxt.mint.threadPoolSize=1
nxt.mint.initialNonce=0
nxt.mint.isSubmitted=true (practice with false)
Save a file.
