Well, I can confirm now that zyado.com is the most unprofessional exchange I have ever used.

After over a month with no answer to my mails and not crediting my funds, I used a different email address. Got a response 2 days later, saying :

- They couldn't allocate my transfer before
- "Apparently" my other email address is blacklisted (same one I used always to communicate with them, same one I have verified on their site)
- Because I threat them to go to the police, they let me trade but don't let me withdraw.

Without an apology .

Now I have the 4000 € on my zyado account, but cannot withdraw it.

- 7th may I sent an email, explaining that of course I was going to go to police, after a month with no answer, maybe they expected flowers ? ( I said )

NO ANSWER

Sent new email on 13th May asking when I will be able to withdraw my money

NO ANSWER

I find very unprofessional that they say "Since you are threatening us with the police " and not considering that I am waiting for a month and they did not answer to any of my emails, but instead of apologizing and find the best solution, they freeze my withdrawals and put the blame on me.

Thanks for the help, I can drive there if I have to (about 6 hours drive), that is also an option.

Have sent emails to every possible e-mail address I found but still no answer. Couldn't find any other way to contact them, no phone number, just the address you provided.

My bank says I can also ask to reverse the transfer claiming fraud, but for that I need to take a police report. If I do that there is a chance that Zyado will get the bank account locked until they clear my claim. That is my next step.

It has been a month already since I transferred.

Regards : )

Yeah. File a police report if it helps you reverse the transfer. Also at least it gets their accounts frozen so that they can't transfer out any funds in the mean time.

You could go directly to their offices, but it could be a waste of time. You obviously don't know whether or not their address is still current or if they just put up a random address that's been faked in the first place.

But just wait a few more weeks for now, I think. If you've successfully bought and sold at their site before, it could be possible that their support is just overloaded at the moment.

you are Portuguese? Do you live in Portugal?

If you live in Portugal then you can go to this address:

I went to the bank and asked to reverse the transfer, and will know about it next week. Zyado bank I think will try to contact them to tell them about the reversed transfer, so I hope then the deposit will be credited or funds sent back.

It is possible for the bank to reverse the transaction.

Will post here any update, if anyone is in the same situation please PM here or telegram /digitalcoin2017

it will be good to know if your problem has been resolved because it prevents us from using this service in the future

"All very big warning signs that you should have picked up before you deposited" thanks for the (unwanted) free lecture.

As I said I transferred before to zyado.com during last year (about 10 times) also the "tons of complaints" on the link you provide, are from just 2 people and one is myself. Didn't find yet other complains on internet.

I am looking for someone on the same situation.

Weird thing, trading in the site is working as usual, I know it because I bought and sold there recently, until the deposit was not crediting and I took all BTC out.

Last time I got an answer by email they said they had a high volume of incoming mails, and that is why took long to respond.

Their account on the forum was last logged in on January 2018, which is pretty much 5 months back. Their facebook page seems inactive and their site design doesn't seem to be updated at all. All very big warning signs that you should have picked up before you deposited.

If you look at their official thread here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=599410.20, you can see a ton of complaints of the same issue. Deposits from bank transfers not being credited into user accounts, etc.

You just have to wait for them to respond to you(unlikely in the meanwhile), or take action. You could file a police report, though chances are you'll not get a positive result as you're in different countries. You could also try to talk to your bank and see if reversing the funds is possible, again very unlikely.

This is the risk of using a not well known exchange with little reputation, they can literally just take your money and run. Good luck.

Hello everyone,

I have made a bank transfer on 4th April (today 4th May) of 4000 € to a Zyado.com bank account on Portugal that have not been credited yet.

I have sent emails to all the addresses I have that I know belong to Zyado, same addresses I used to contact them in the past.

Didn't get any response at all and the deposit is still not credited.

Last time I did a deposit was on December, and although it was a little slow (it always has been) it was credited at the end.

is anyone having same problem ?

I am going to the police to make a report soon, but as we are in different countries (although both UE) I cannot know which result this will bring.

Tried Facebook and twitter too, with no response.

The site looks working as usual. I did several BTC withdrawals that went through, although I tried one € withdrawal and didn't work for a few days, after that I bought BTC and made a withdraw.

Be careful : )
