Got it working on my 6x1060, hashrate isn't great at 500+ h/s. Temps are really low though, looks like the miner can be optimized more.

What is your intensity set to?

Had it at the default of 8, now I'm trying to increase it see if it helps.

Are you using simplemingos?
I only get this output:

Driver = 390, CARD COUNT=6, WK=1x21

Any clues?

tail -fn 1 /var/tmp/miner.log  read the thread..  then it start showing you the data..

my work flow to test it was to ctrl + C to stop simple miner, install the miner.  nano address.txt, change the wallet address,  then run the ./run.sh
tail -fn 1 /var/tmp/miner.log
then wait about 15 mins before upool updated.

How did you get uupool in english?
Also do you know how often they payout?

Just mouse right click and "Translate to English"  Wink

Anyone have ideal intensity settings for the 1080ti? My 1080ti seems to be hashing slower than 1070ti at the default of 8.

Any way to find the setup for gpu mining this? I would love to test it out.

You can load the miner on a linux box and run it.  I converted one of my SMOS miners over to it.

The link to http://uupool.cn/course/btm is not working - can you load it on some other site for download to help us out?  Thank you in advance

The site seems to be working now - anything special to do for installing the miner ... youtube video you've seen in the past (obviously not this miner but a how to .. otherwise I can check .. just hoping you had a better resource than random looking around.

I downloaded and extracted the miner on (smos/Ubuntu)
     wget http://7fvi19.com1.z0.glb.clouddn.com/btm-miner-1.0.tar.bz2
Changed the address.txt file to my wallet.
I killed the miners that were running. (SMOS Only)
Ran the miner.
Watch the performance 'tail -fn 1 /var/tmp/miner.log'

I had some help with killing the miners. I had to create a bash script to do that. If you are running SMOS then let me know and I will show you how.

Im in the process of dl smos now
Fairly new to Linux
- How do you kill miners with a bash script? (I assume is some sort of startup.sh in some folder?)
- I currently have HiveOS guess no one has tested on it yet?
- Once you have the kill scrip, how do you run btm-miner from the web interface? or are you doing it all on the actual mining box?

Can confirm that this works!

Hi I changed the wallet address to mine in the address.txt file

when it logged on it said

login bm1q5w75fx3ql48kc7232yyjc6swpng088e3s5y7js.0x12 success

i havent created an account with upool as i dont have a chinese cellphone.

when i go to the uupool adddress browers it doesnt show my miners online?  anything else you have to edit?

sorry i was being impatient now getting a graph

4 x 1060 = 400H/s

is the bytom algo not similar to scrypt? if so i ask team red to get a party on  Wink

I also belive bitmain has more powerful chips buth chose to use slower ones to maximize their profits...

Let all get on the train with gpu's while we can ;-) gpu's wil always be able to mine any asic algo just not as fast in power usage.

Bytom pool lis so far: http://miningpoolstats.stream/bytom

the asic they sel is no asic lol: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/the-inside-of-antminer-b3s-3870665  gpu's wil murder this algo

Xtreme Monster

I think this goes to show that there is
A lot of untapped potential in GPUs

You got it wrong, since bitmain has no competition from gpus because devs were bribed then bitmain has no interest in making a good asic for it. bitmain likely manufactured it for $100 and sold 16 times more. So bitmain made something weak for the public to mine the coin and the powerful ones are in bitmains warehouse with 99% network hashrate mining for bitmain hehe

If I read correctly this is NVIDIA only?

Yup Nvidia and Linux only.

I'm currently debating about setting up a couple of 1080ti's on a linux box but I would have to drop other projects to do it.

To bad, I only have AMD cards. Hope someone makes a miner for it Smiley

this is hillarious, can someone make a windows fork lool thos b3 will be paperweights asap
these are 1060s , imagine 1080ti probably like 700hs

I think this goes to show that there is
A lot of untapped potential in GPUs the fact that GPU minor is more powerful and efficient than a sick developed by bit mean shows that software is the way that we would beat them but the algorithms that are more fission on GPUs or more powerful and GPUs them that crap toast is a bit main makes

Also I found that this miner can be used not only with the UUPOOL:

Quote
Usage of ./miner:
  -E string
Exclude GPU's: comma separated list of devicenumbers
  -I int
        Intensity (default 8 )
  -api :
api host and port, use : (default "127.0.0.1:8080")
  -sleep int
        CPU sleep time
  -url stratum+tcp://:
server host and port for stratum servers, use stratum+tcp://: (default "btm.uupool.cn:9220")
  -user string
username, most stratum servers take this in the form [payoutaddress].[rigname] (default "payoutaddress.rigname")
  -v    Show version and exit

Congrats ! This is a good payback to bitmain, for them to see how it feels when they put their nose to GPU algos ...
1070 and 1080ti should be super profitable
Claymore you should make a miner
