The payment seems to have stopped. Fix it please

I tried this pool few months back and it was working pretty good back then, is it still as good as before? I'm planning on switching from EthPool to NanoPool, the pure reason is the withdraw-able amount duration.

ETC - Missing payment 09:00 9/9/2016 (EST), what is happening ?

Im confused, why my hashrate very unstable
look at my stats



in mining software (claymore) my hashrate very stable at 30mhs above but in nanopool current hashrate sometimes i get only 8mhs and usually under 20mhs

can you explain it ? why ?

sia shows no shares for 12+ hours, eth only shows one of my 2 machines active. but sia and eth miners are getting work and send shares that are accepted.

running claymore dual miner on win7 and ubuntu.

I have similar experience as I said before. Have you tried other pools which has lower rejection rate?

I lost half my mining/earnings for the day yesterday because of your shitty unreliable pool.

You payed 9 ETC for 720 MH of etc mining for 12! hours!... Fuckoff.

Today was a hard day for our ETC pool.
Lot's of rejects, Statistic server crash and some other stuff.
But we've recovered statistic and resolved other issues.

For the ETC pool, the rejection rate is between 10 to 20%. I ping the server, the time is just 36 ms. Why so high rejection.

Whats up with ETC nanopool? All rigs are showing as offline and statistics frozen for the past 2 hours!

Any idea when this will be fixed?

let try this mate i know pool is for good rig but let me try my luck using only a laptop so i can learn how this will work for both eth and sia.
