Joshua Kimmich is definitely being very technical about what he says. yes, you can say that he is technically rejecting some clubs as well.  whatever he is doing is really clever.  because he is saying what he wants and at the same time also keeping all the options open for his future. By the looks of it seems like he is pushing for another contract with his current club.  he is a great player and he will not have any problem going to a big club after this. I think even right now Barcelona, Manchester City, Liverpool, and even Real Madrid are interested in him. To me, it seems like he is playing his cards very carefully and wisely.

I like his choice of words seriously on this topic, the issue he had was not with the club directly but with the manager then who was Tuchel. He didn’t want to leave but only asked the club when his playing time reduced drastically and no one will really blame him for such actions. Right now that Tuchel has left  and a new management has come in, still requesting for a transfer will be stupid. He wants to wait for the manager’s decision and that’s the best decision. If the manager decides now doesn’t wants him then he will simply have had in a transfer request and i tell you he will fit in to many clubs.

The first club that will be ideal for him will be Barcelona, Barca are currently in dare need of not just a midfielder but a central defensive one and Kimmich ticks that box Perfectly for me. He can easily form a double pivot with either Gundogan like they do in the German national team or with De Jong if he decides to stay. Another club that will be a good choice will be Liverpool who are also in need of a midfielder. He could fill the void left by departed Tiago Alcantara

After Vincent Kompany announced his move to Bayern Munich, Burnley is now looking at a new coach and rumors are that Frank Lampard will be their next new coach. It's been a long time since we saw Frank Lampard after his dismissal from Chelsea last season, but of course we will still be waiting for further updates regarding this transfer.

I think there is nothing wrong with Burnley giving their trust to Frank Lampard even though this coach was considered so bad the last time he managed Chelsea. After all, Burnley were relegated to the Championship division so they had to try something new. Vincent Kompany is certainly not a good coach and neither is Frank Lampard, but if Frank Lampard can find his job again here and bring Burnley promotion to the EPL it will certainly be a good achievement next season.

Burnley, which has struggled this season, is his Premier League return. Okay, some of you are doubtful. After leaving Chelsea, his record isn't great. Man, Frank's time away from the game allowed him to ponder and possibly change his coaching attitude. He may need this Burnley job

Seriously, Chelsea's pressure was crazy. He now has the chance to work with a determined, underdog club. This could be his redemption. Burnley could surprise everyone if Frank can build discipline and a cohesive team. They may not win the league, but they could avoid relegation and rise in the table

Am I betting everything on Lampard? No. However, I'm curious. The season's most intriguing plot may be this.

Yes, it confirmed that Kompany joined Bayern Munich it was very surprising for me that Kompany is not performing well as a Coach and a big name Bayern Munich approached him let's see and hope that he did well for his new team. About Lampard I again personally dislike his Coaching skills and approach he is a very good player but not as good in the Coaching area.
I was also surprised by the news so I started to imagine what the condition of Bayern Munich would be like next season from now on, because if the coach does not have better skills in terms of coaching, of course it will be very difficult for him to direct the players in the team. Moreover, if the strategy doesn't exist, it will clearly be very bad for the Bayern Munich team, but we need to see it next season and hope that the steps taken by Bayern Munich are not wrong with that option.
Well in this sort of situation we can only hope for the best and nothing else especially if you are a Bayern Munich fan, the moved that they took with Vincent kompany was actually a wild and bold step and without doubt is the step that sometimes folds up a club and also makes the club stronger, it all depends on how they can manage to meet up with the struggles of the league because as its seems now the bundesLiga is no longer a league with easy contesting because so many teams have also stepped up their game.

In fact, Mourinho was jobless for several months and this is also making him almost frustrated to accept saudi pro league's offer. It appears that the club has begun to go forward with the beautiful gameplay and they don't know that if parking bus is a beauty of football too. We know how Mourinho became famous for his boring football but we can't deny the fact if he have been winning everything on his life, his age probably the main consideration here caused by so many clubs are hunting the young coach to handle their clubs. His idea was that as long as his team won and the fans were satisfied with the reuslt caused by trophy is the main target in the football. This is why I am concerned about this given that the clubs may be attempting to modify their mindset such as prioritizing the coach who can help their clubs play beautiful football before attempting to sign a new coach but i think they must be changing the way they are thinking about. The winner of trophy will always be valuing very high compared to the loser. To be honest and football is all about how your team can win the trophy to make your fans feeling better then they can show to their rivals if their team was a winner for the competition and that's the main purpose of football. Your team will be also valued very high and it will be increasing your team financially too. Im hoping the football club owners to be aware if winning trophy is everything these days. Fans will be grateful as long as your club continues to win trophies and become superior to its opponents caused by this is the thing that will give your fans a pride. I don't care what style of gameplay the club displayed as long as it won the trophy. That's enough.

The narrative surrounding Mourinho's potential move to the Saudi Pro League causes a wide debate within football about the balance to winning at all costs. While Mourinho's mode of football is always criticized as defensive, his record of success is undeniable. However, in an era where clubs are prioritizing attacking football, Mourinho's approach seems outdated.

While many fans want a good gameplay, football success is measured by performance rate. Football clubs are businesses, and winning trophies boosts morale among fans and brings financial rewards. Therefore, the decision to hire a coach like Mourinho, who prioritizes results more, may seem productive from a business view even if it doesn't align with the ideals of sport.

In the end, football is a results-driven industry. While the debate persists, clubs must make decisions that will lead to success on the pitch. Whichever approach is taken, the goal remains the same. As long as fans see their team lifting the trophy, they are likely to remain satisfied, regardless of the style of play.

Bayern Munich had previously approached several other coaches but all of them refused and were not willing to accept the offer so they decided to take the risky option of bringing in a completely untested coach. This decision is not profitable for Bayern Munich, but it is an available option and maybe next season will be much worse than this season.

Vincent Kompany failed to manage several teams before and his achievements were not that impressive so Bayern Munich's decision to recruit him was not a long-term option and I think was influenced by the unavailability of the coach they wanted.

There is a buzz in the transfer market that Brazilian star Rodrygo wants to leave his current club Real Madrid. There are certainly enough reasons behind this. The biggest reason behind leaving Real Madrid is that Mbappe and Endrick will join the club in Real Madrid next season and if these two stars join the Real Madrid camp, Rodrygo will be in doubt for his place in the starting XI. Rodrygo is not going to sit out the season on the bench so he may decide to move to PSG or Chelsea next season. Although this is not entirely certain, it is likely to happen. If Rodrygo made this decision considering this reason then his decision would be a logical enough decision.

Rodrygo has already stated that he is happy at Real Madrid and Ancelotti also seems confident about him to stay. It is the truth though that the competition in the attacking line will reach a really high level as of aforementioned new arrivals. But I don't expect Ancelotti to just give up on Rodrygo in the starting eleven. He will just need to work harder for his place there.

After the new arrivals Endrick will surely have to wait for his turn for a long time. I expect the attacking line to be like Vinicius Junior - Rodrygo on the wings, Mbappe in the centre-forward position and Bellingham to play as attacking midfielder. It would be such a deadly attacking line honestly.  Grin

Winning the championship is essential and i think lampard is capable enough to do this. I'm only hoping that managing Burnley will be a good fit for Lampard at the moment considering the better for him to manage a small club rather than being jobless at this moment.
Frank Lampard did not have a good period while he was called back to Chelsea, and his period in Everton too was no good either. Something that gives him an advantage for this job is that he has experience in his championship and will be capable to take Burnley back into the Premier League I just hope he is a good fit for the job because if he has another bad result with Burnley, that could really be a very bad record for his career because it is already on a downward slope.

If Mbappe and Enrique moves in to Real Madrid, it will be a dead squad and I must say that Rodrigo might not play in some matches. It is up to him to make the right decision on which of the clubs to go to. PSG should be better, because they are always playing in champions league. Though Chelsea is good too.
If it is Rodrygo's wish to play more than win trophies, moving will be a better choice because Carlo Ancelotti the coach will do a lot of player rotation next season and the only players assured of a sure place in the first eleven are key players of which Rodrygo cannot be considered as one of.

That will benefit Lampard and burnley at the same time. given that he is unemployed and i think that's good considering the fact that if burnley is not having a coach at this moment. Burnley's decision to hire him as a new employee isn't too horrible considering lampard is experienced enough for this. Lampard is always working hard to help his club achieve its goals but the main problem some times he was worst on the decision making. He has saved Chelsea from the relegation zone.
I'd rather try to sign him as a fresh appointment than hire an inexperienced coach to run the club. Burnley will have to fight very hard to return to the EPL next season.

If this is true, Rodrigo needs to go to a club that he will be among the first eleven if not sitting on the bench will kill his career because he is still very young, and needs to showcase his talent as he is going to improve in skills overtime.

In the 2023-2024 season, Ancelotti was forced to use a 4-3-1-2 formation because he did not have a good center forward other than Joselu. Rodrygo and Vinicius work together as wing strikers where Bellingham is played as an attacking midfielder or second striker, but with Mbappe next season, the 4-3-3 formation will probably be the main formation again besides 4-4-2.

If Ancelotti maintains last season's formation in his plans for next season, then one of the two wingers will be on the bench. Rodrygo will likely be on the bench most of the time, unless Ancelotti plays a 4-2-2-1 V-style formation.

Competition between players will probably increase next season, this happens throughout the season considering the availability of good players in the squad. Rodrygo and Arda will probably sit more on the bench, but of course both players will get their share of playing time if Ancelotti wants them to stay.

It would be very painful if Rodrygo was really kicked out of Real Madrid just because of the addition of new players. Because historically Rodrygo has had a strong role and ties with Real Madrid. For that reason, I don't expect his position to be threatened, but again Mbappe arrival could mean that Rodrygo will have to stay on the bench longer. Rodrygo is faced with a difficult situation and this will certainly make Real Madrid also experience the same situation because it is quite difficult to let go of this player. Let's just wait for these rumors, because everything will be answered if Mbappe is officially announced. Oh, Lampard to Burnley? Really? Its sad that Kompany left, but this seems desperate. Lampard's record isnt great. His Chelsea career was a disaster, and I dont think he's the tactical genius Burnley needs to return to the EPL. Kompany failed, but Lampard isnt my "new hope". Im not against Burnley trying something new, but Lampard doesnt seem like "promotion material". If they want to return to the EPL, they need a successful manager, not a washed-up player.

I think Frank Lampard needs to go for a coaching training by being an assistant manager to one of the top coaches in Europe like Pep Guardiola, or Carlo Ancelotti before he embark on a managerial role again because with the chaos he caused for Chelsea as manager and for Burnley to appoint him as their manager I don't know if Burnley wants to be demoted further from the championship to league one because i doubt if Frank Lampard can manage Burnley for a possible return to the premiership after they were relegated.

Both Frank Lampard and Vincent Kompany need to learn about managing a club before they can become managers but am also surprised to see a reputable team like Bayern Munich appoint Kompany as their new manager like I don't know if this teams want to fall in toto

Mourinho was not unemployed for long after being fired from Roma. He immediately found a new team. But the big clubs were not interested in him when he was unemployed. This shows that his popularity is over. After that, he may not find opportunities in good teams in Europe. Of course, things will change if he wins a European Cup at Fenerbahçe. Or if one day he does well for the Portuguese national team, things will change. But in today's conditions, we can say that the big teams in Europe have lost interest in him. Mourinho is still a good manager. But he is no longer a special one.
In order to achieve something with the Portuguese national team, he first needs to become the coach of the national team, but for now he has to be content with Fenerbahce. For now, the only thing I can say is that Fenerbahce will most likely improve its defense. This may sound a little funny, but this is Mourinier's strategy, he is used to working like that, so there is nothing surprising here. Yes, his status as a top coach has gradually lost its value, so he has to be content with other championships.

It is not surprising that Jose Mourinho quickly found a new team after he was fired from AS Roma, because he is still considered a good and influential coach, even though he also experienced failures and even ended up being fired. However, that did not stop the Turkish team from getting Jose Mourinho's signature, maybe there he will get something even better.
A coach like Jose Mourinho is a coach who is already quite famous historically so it will not be that difficult for him to immediately get a new team for him to train next season. I also think that the Turkish team that gets Jose Mourinho's signature can also be quite lucky in the League next season. Because Jose Mourinho is someone who is able to read the character of the players more quickly so it will not be difficult for him to adapt to the Turkish League environment
Well, it's true, his popularity as a coach is indeed the main capital for him to be able to have a selling point that will make a club interested in him, yes, even though he is also a controversial coach with some funny behavior that provokes debate, but that is one the high self-confidence that a coach has, which every coach should have. And even his nickname as "the special one" is a nickname he labeled himself (if I'm not mistaken).

He also received a lot of criticism when he implemented the bus parking strategy, but it was proven that he was successful with that strategy. He also thinks that playing doesn't have to be beautiful because winning is the ultimate goal. He can consistently adhere to these principles, actually this is a good thing because a coach must have principles that he can adhere to.

He has many other advantages as a coach, so that is one of the reasons why he did not stay unemployed for long.
It is a good thing to have a wining mentality as well as have an entaintaining football mindset for we to enjoy a complete football ,else football wouldn't have been this entaintaining as it is today if other coaches only play Mourinho kind of football. We have had one of the greatest beautiful football time watching Barcelona under Pep Guardiola because of his winning mentality as well as playing entaintaining football.

Well, I wish Mourinho well in his new job because his a man I enjoy his defensive mechanism back days at Chelsea and Inter Milan , However,  he should learn from his mistakes which has led to several clubs firing a personality like Mourinho. He's then Spanish counterpart Guardiola should be an exemplary manager to learn from,  Guardiola has only moved to two different clubs since he left Barcelona, But Mourinho has been fired by more than 5 different clubs since he left Madrid if I'm not wrong.

Those are Frank Lampard's coaching statistics, nothing special, he's just an ordinary coach, but yes there's nothing wrong with Burnley choosing him (if it really happens) but Burnley probably won't return to the English Premier League as soon as possible because they don't have a coach which can be said to be reliable, but once again there is no harm in trying because maybe Frank Lampard has learned a lot of things in his break as a coach and returning to his coaching career he can be better at implementing strategies that can make Burnley better, and as soon as Burnley can return to a higher division

there is talk of a hypothetical transfer of Kvaratskhelia and Osimen from Napoli, it is said that he will go to PSG and that with this hypothetical transfer the proceeds would be approximately 240 million and with that figure let's be clear, remake the team as you want and having a prestigious coach like Conte There is certainly a lot of interest in managing Napoli, even if if it were Napoli I wouldn't give him away so calmly. He's a great midfielder. There's also talk of a hypothetical call from the Conte and it seems he also has a very good relationship with the Napoli player. father and therefore everything is possible

He is already 35 years old.  the club does not expect so much from him already.  but it is definitely good to see that he is wanting to stay and contribute more to the club. the club will hopefully be able to utilize his strong physique. Even though he is old he is still very strong and does not lose the ball easily. In the defending his experience will also come in handy. It is probably going to be a good idea to give him a contract of 1 year.  if he is still contributing good enough to the club they can exchange that further.  more than one year is not necessary in my opinion.  but of course, the club knows best. Whatever it is it lost like the deal is going to be done very quickly because the player is really pushing for it.
