Do kit be confused about being active here. Being active does not only mean you just posting or replying of comments but how ever, your contribution in being creative on the platform, doing research that solely belongs to you and making it readily available for members to read. Being up and doings on the platform could help you alot as a newbie. Another thing I would advise you towards is being yourself and nobody else. This actually depends because remember, the quality of posts does not equate to the quantity of the posts that he/she creates.
There are lots of newbies who have hundreds to thousands of posts made but the quality of their posts never improved in the first place. Instead of using your time on making posts, take the advantage of using your time to learn, read, and watch guides regarding the fundamentals of BTC.
Again, there can never be a specific time on which a newbie should be active daily but if you want to increase your rank, then there is that high-degree of responsibility on your part to equip yourself with sufficient knowledge to make quality posts.

when it comes to being an active member of the forum, I guess it's not just about making so many numbers of ost on the different boards but it's more of how quality the post you're making are. This should not bother you for now. Almost everyone on this thread has already made it clear to you that there are no specific targets to be met by a newbie, especially now that you are not in a campaign yet. A time will come when you will get tired of posting because at that time, you must have joined a campaign that will demand that you meet some weekly targets. You might not have all the time to study the way you should be doing now because your responsibilities would increase too. This period is your free time to learn as much as you can, ask questions and make useful contributions to good topics.

Well, it depends on your intentions. If someone intends to rank up as soon as possible and get merits, they may write more than ten posts daily. Or maybe more than that. But, if someone has no intention and wants to engage in threads regularly, they may write one post daily. It depends. If you want to be considered active, you should write at least one post daily and put it on a board where people will see your posts. You are not doing anything if you write one post in bounty threads or in the archive.
Just be reasonable. Sometimes, I do not find any threads to write a single line. But other day I feel like I can write ten posts today because the threads are interesting. It depends on your interest as well.

They already gave you the answer to your question. And being active doesn't necessarily mean that you should be posting on the forum consistently. It means having a good idea and understand how the forum works. As a newbie, been active mean you have to learn, take your time to understand each and every concept concerning every new topics. You can aswell learn from old topics.
Making post also makes you active but that's when you know and understand what your are making a post about. A newbie who is active and writing false replies or posting rubbish isn't actually active. I think the counting of posts thing will depend if the member is in a signature campaign or not which demands they meet up their weekly quota. If one is trying to stay active so in my opinion, he/she should keep engaged him/herself in the discussion, and in any case if he finds any good thread that he/she feels to make a reply in the good way so that his/her can also be appreciated by the other seniors members or merit source. Well, if you are talking about growth in the sense of forum ranks, then Being active means that you should join forum discussion in various board of your choice where you learn/provide solution the topic that interests you, But if you come here for the purpose of learning about Bitcoin and cryptos, then growth in terms of rank isn't a compulsory stuff.
