With good news for Napoli that Conte has officially become Napoli's head coach next season, and of course this is a good thing for Victor Osimhen to stay at Napoli until his contract ends, because last season Victor Osimhen really declined in terms of performance and with this opportunity he can work with a coach who has extraordinary experience, and make Victor Osimhen return to his best performance.

PSG may have a higher chance of getting Osimhen because in terms of financial capability PSG are more strong than Chelsea and sometimes what the players normally consider is the impact the club they are going will actually have on their career because no players would actually love to enter were they will not be able to showcase what they've got, though Chelsea is also good for Osimhen but I always believe that PSG is more suitable for him, unless he decided to try out the English league and see how improve it will impact on his career. However like you said Napoli may decide to extend his stay for more season because in as much as Osimhen has not been able to perform the way he normally do doesn't mean that he is no longer an assets for Napoli so perhaps let's see how goes.

I only remember Pochettino who is available after getting sacked by Chelsea recently. He hasn't managed an Italian team in his career yet but there is always an opportunity to try a new adventure.

If Mourinho didn't sign a deal with Fenerbahçe then maybe there might have been a chance for him to return to Italy. But Milan seems like they have a strict policy with bringing an Italian manager. Most of their managers so far have been like that so let's see who it will be this time.

I think, they want to search for potential coach that is why they don't want to be in hurry to announce the new coach to public yet, But if you look at AC Milan performance in this season, i don't think their performance is poor for their management to thought of removing him in this season. If AC Milan can go for Thomas Tuchel the formal Bayern Munich and sign him into AC Milan, I think he will help AC Milan to get it right next season because he have the knowledge of coaching players which people have experienced it from Thomas Tuchel when he was coaching Chelsea and Bayern Munich. There are many coaches available in Italian, but AC Milan management will like to try UEFA champions coaches to handle their team, because they want to see progress in their team by winning some titles through the help of their new coach next season.
