My query now is on this part of the Ann i quoted above, when you @OP, say your casino is decentralized, i hope its not Etherdelta, Forkdelta kind of decentralization, because if it actually is, then i am sorry to say that your casino is not decentralized.
Just incase you don't know Etherdelta and their kind of decentralization, Etherdelta was an exchange that claimed to be decentralized but in actual context, it wasn't because after visiting the site and connecting your wallet, it was impossible to start trading immediately until you have deposited funds from your wallet into the exchange wallet which they will provide.
Why i am interested in this aspect of your casino is because, claiming your casino is decentralized will also mean that you don't have control over the games because the games are hosted on the blockchain and not on some server you have control over ..
So are all the games hosted on the blockchain? to prove that ZKasino is truly decentralized?

Though i still have some other concerns in terms of legal aspect, and also measures put in place to ensure security of user funds, prove to hacking and also measure put in place to deter bad actors from using the casino as a means through which they carry out their nefarious activities such as money laundering etc.
I am not expecting you to address all this right now, it just me thinking out loud, i believe going forward, we will see how things play out and know if those i mentioned above are really concerns that must be addressed or not.
