It's registered on my company and i dont need a KYC. I take full responsibility if any amount getting freeze ( which 99% wont happen ) but i take full responsibility.
That's great of course. I thought the fund would be in control of 3rd party which always makes a room for possible scam/freezing. If it's in your control, KYC shouldn't be an issue.
Please set the minimum + maximum amount of exchange, otherwise, it will create confusion.

I just heard a business structure like this. Anyway, if that's the case that totally make sense.

Well, what i mentioned on my earlier reply about the look of navbar is still the same. It might be another concern in relation of the exchange feature but it actually affect the total impression of your future users particularly those mobile users.

Looking for campaign manager? Contact icopress!
I've found something a bit counter-intuitive.

By default the price is from Bitstamp. It shows 16990.
I switch and get price only from Binance: 16985.85
Then I check them both. Price is now 17008.52; far from an expected something-in-the-middle  Cheesy

I can guess that in the last case you use a different source (coingecko?) that maybe has a different refresh rate and logic, still.. looks odd.
It doesn't matter to me much, however I thought you may want to know.

The exchange is an interesting addition, good luck with it, maybe it helps you earn at least the funds invested in this project.

I don't need to disclaimer as I have full access to solve any problem that may occur.
Aren't you just using their API?

I recall a similar service (I think it was Changelly) in which the third party managing the exchange withheld someone's coins and started demanding KYC. You don't actually have full access if you don't own the keys of the wallets.

what's the maximum limit or minimum? Or, there's no maximum limit? I can't see any info written there. I think you should add that info somewhere so that people don't get confused. There are exchanges that share their reserve.

I just had a check and found you have no alert when I entered 1000000 Bitcoin to be transacted. Just checked, I don't own in real lol.

I DO NOT REQUIRE KYC AND WILL NEVER ASK FOR IT.
As stated above, you are using ChangeNOW API, will they require KYC on a transaction that will be done through your site? Don't they have access to the fund? If they have the access to the fund, what if they freeze a transaction and require KYC? Who will manage that part?

If you use chagneNOW they may ask for it not on my platform.

I remember trezor also partnered with changenow, integrated their exchange in their platform and had a stance of no-responsibility hence why I assumed.

Could you tell us more about how this partnership (in your case) works? Am I correct to assume that user deposits go to a non-changenow handled wallet? Would it not be possible for changenow to collect user data from ppl who use your exchange? by user data, I do not necessarily mean personal documents as it could also be addresses used.

How is it possible, you are using their api yet their terms/rules is not applied on your platform, particularly incase for kyc purposes.

Btw the navbar with the "exchange rate" and dark/light mode is not inline on the settings. This is in mobile mode. It looks like the it is heavily stuffed there.

For starters I would put a disclaimer or some sort that it's powered by changenow so that if any problem comes up, people are likely to contact them. It'll be also nice if the fact about them being able to request KYC any time is put out there.

Misc: I'm not sure if it's just me but I have habit of clicking the website logo if i wanna be redirected to homepage again which I can't seem to do on your website. A lot of websites works like this so I believe it'll be a nice quality of life update.

Also, it seems, the Buy/Sell Crypto part is not working.

I'm the founder of PNNV.com - you can read all about it in the original thread.

Now, you can exchange crypto on any chain without connecting your wallet!

BSC to ETH, BTC to ETH - almost every chain.

So I have become changeNOW official partner (lowest Fee), and I’m using their API.
NO KYC is needed.
