The project is clearly under development, but if people can access it more easily, the team can advise them before investing in gold. You're right with what you said and I believe the team will work on your request. However, I'm glad you're already aware the project is still under development but the team doesn't want an issue whereby there will situations in terms of the projected liquidity, security, genuinely etc which why the first sort out the mentioned part before the official launching of the project.

And it is almost 2 days since they failed to send the ETH to the receiving address.
The status said to be failed due to out of gas.

Next time that I would do some transaction in ETH network I would try to see if there is anything wrong so I wouldn't be put into this kind of situation again.

Try raising the gas to 20 and above, I'm sure to send the token or ETH will be smooth. because I tried it.

Seems, it's been improved, all recent transaction are using gas price of 20 gwei (mine included), I received mine in half minute or so.
