LL is not active for more than a month now so I doubt that you will get a quick answer here, have you tried contacted support by submitting a ticket?
Losing your 2fa may need a bit complicated process to be done, I've experience it in other casino and they ask me several things in order to prove that I'm the original owner of the account.
If there is a live chat support which is active 24/7 then you can solve it fast but unfortunately there is no live support in Bitvest IIRC.
Lesson learned for you, you have to back up your 2fa so there will be a better and fast solution when you lose 2fa.
