now, with kakabela's case, the mod here is willing to help his situation, just give the necessary details and let's see if his prob is solvable, and where he is coming from.
More than a month has passed since Kakabela complained of deception and fraud.  And by the way, OP asked him to send the data to understand the situation.  And since then, everyone will be interested in whether the situation resolved or just under the guise of Kakabela they write here fakes about the fact that the site is fraudulent.
Of course, he has limited jurisdictions, but the truth is that they have been working for a long time and none of the authorities have closed the site.  So everything is fine with them in terms of compliance with the laws of the country in which they are registered as a legal entity and resident.

I can't speak on behalf of this specific website or any other, but I remember the pokerstar thing back in the day, it got raided by FBI so it wasn't like a small thing neither. Usually the law prohibits people from starting a casino wherever they want, so there are limited places that they can do it, however withdrawing is not limited, which means that you can deposit money to your pokerstars account from some Bahamas bank and then withdraw it to your bank of America account.

This created a bit of a loophole, which allowed people to move money from abroad to USA, which normally would be a good news right? Every nation would want money to go into their nation non-stop all the time. However it was always obvious that this would be abused by drug lords and money laundering, so that ended up being a problem for pokerstars as well. That was one website though, I can't speak on behalf of the whole law.
Yes, this is similar to the reason some developed countries prohibit such sites.  Of course, it is absolutely unacceptable on the part of the state to create loopholes for fraudsters who launder dirty money.  And accordingly, this is regulated by law - but roughly, a complete ban is simply established.
If we talk about BK8, - then if they have been working in their jurisdictions for a long time and are sufficiently known, for example, even here in BTT, then this means that they have resolved the issues of the legality of their activities.  Well, or maybe they are being decided at the present time and I wish them to finally solve them.

they have gaming license and seems that they've been long enough in this business to know the legalities involved.

I can understand when the Chinese government prohibits gambling sites because many players from China lose everything they can and their families suffer ...
But why countries like the USA, France and Germany do this, there is only one option - the authorities of these countries do not think  about people, but about the fact that it is difficult to keep track of casino taxation, and the income of the owners.  So they make primitive prohibitions at the level of laws.  Especially the USA, in Las Vegas you play as much as you want and lose, but the site is prohibited ...

BK8 - Asia's #1 Crypto online casino

Hi panjul07, sorry for keeping you waiting. As I check with the relevant department, the payment option for Indonesia Rupiah should be working fine. Can you please provide me more info like a screenshot?  It will be helpful if you able to provide it.

I think I know what is the reason why I cant see the local bank option to deposit in my account.
Just opened my account again and I see that my Main Wallet shown in MYR (I assume it is Malaysian Ringgit), that's why the available bank account is Malaysian Bank.
The question is, how can I change the denomination of my main wallet from MYR to IDR?

Hi panjul0, about this you can direct talk BK8 customer service, they will assist on this issue.
Here is the CS link: https://vue.livelyhelp.chat/chatWindow.aspx?siteId=5000379&chatGroup=1&planId=03040000-0000-0000-0000-008e004c4cbb#

I have noticed in the opening page that most of your bonuses and offers are pegged in one of the following currencies

like the Singapore Dollar, Malaysian Ringgit, Indonesian Rupiah, Vietnam Dong, Thailand Baht

but what bonus in usdt is applied if I deposit the said 350 usdt ?

Hi Woodie, our promotions is bind with the currency you select when register. If you deposit 350 USDT, the currency you select is SGD. Then the promo available will be follow SGD currency.

So these casinos fall under the license of Curacao, so I presume the countries prohibited under that license are not allowed at this casino too? I see several countries that are prohibited under the Curacao license, that are not listed under OP's post. (Example : USA)  Huh

Is this the "Biggest and Most Trusted Brand" in Asia or globally, because I have never even heard of these casinos? I also saw countries like Germany and France being blocked by other popular casinos... (Bitcasino.io and Stake.com) ... is this the same with these casinos?

Hi delfastTions, the country we offer is followed by our management decision and compliance with the casino license. Soon we will available for more countries and support more currency like USD and EUR.

this site stole aroud  10 k usd  scam site all my wining bets is void calncal after i'm win  dont use !!!

Hi Kakabela, please provide me more info like your username, currency, and when it happens. I'm here to help.

this site stole aroud  10 k usd  scam site all my wining bets is void calncal after i'm win  dont use !!!

Sentence is not enough to accuse them as scam, you need valid evidences to support your allegation. 10k USD is not small amount of money so you must have at least an evidence for that amount. Your betslips can be one of the evidences that you can provide here or better for you to create a scam accusation thread in this board if you have valid evidences and dont forget to read the sticky thread on how to create a scam accusation (simply follow the format given).

Yes mate, hopefully kakabela can provide me more info at least I can help to figure out what is the root cause of the problem.

BK8 will move on and commits back to charities and associations, to win back the trust of football fans.Smiley
OP, Thank you for the link with information...  Smiley that football officials in general are mired in their commercial interests ...
I also want to ask you what are your plans to promote the casino at the expense of charitable organizations and your own participation in charity events.  I note right away that even if you write about it here in BTT, then you are a really serious and socially responsible organization.
If possible, please briefly write and provide links to such events.

Hope I answered your question Wink
Yep, you did. The two YouTube videos indeed confirm that he was an official ambassador for BK8 in the past. Btw, the video on the page that shows the behind the scenes photoshoot and the second YouTube video you posted are the same. Nevertheless, thanks for confirming and removing my doubts!

Hi Pmalek, if you wish to see more videos about John Terry. You can go to our bk8 website (https://www.bk8evo.com/) find sponsor> event from the menu tab. From there you can see more activity of our sponrsorship.

That's a lowkey move for bk8 but you guys are showing how serious you are to win back the trust of the foot ball fans. That only means that you're taking actions when there's something wrong seen with your affiliates/partners.

By the way guys I saw that you've got two domains and on this domain, https://bk8crypto.com/

The social media part at the bottom isn't clickable. I think it's better if it's clickable and visitors who clicks it will go through your social media accounts.

Hi Livingfree, thank you so much for your feedback. Will check with the relevant department and pass your message to them. We're a growing company, member's feedback is always welcome Roll Eyes Once again, thanks mate. Wink

Payment Options

100% Safe & Secured payment methods via:

• Cryptocurrency
• Local bank transfer
• Local bank FPX
• E-wallet

BK8 accepts currencies in Singapore Dollar, Malaysian Ringgit, Indonesian Rupiah, Vietnam Dong, Thailand Baht and
cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum, and USDT.

I created a test account here to know more about the payment method since it is being said that bk8 accepts Indonesian Rupiah and lokal bank transfer (mandiri, BNI, BRI, BCA, CIMB Niaga as listed on the footer of the website)
But when I open the deposit menu and choose the Bank Transfer, I cant find those mentioned Banks.
The same thing happen on withdrawal, for the Adding Bank account option, I cant find above mentioned Banks.
Did I miss something here?

I have a question about your brand ambassadors such as John Terry. From what I know, UEFA doesn't allow players and club officials to be tied to betting companies and having "a financial interest" in such companies. Zlatan Ibrahimovic was recently fined for a similar misconduct.

Quote
UEFA fined AC Milan's Swedish striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic €50,000 ($61,000) on Wednesday for breaking the rules by having a financial interest in a betting company.
Quote
"The Chairman of the UEFA Appeals Body also issued Mr. Ibrahimovic with a directive aimed at ceasing the player's association with the relevant betting company," UEFA said in a statement.

The article goes on to state that:
Quote
FIFA's Code of Ethics state a player cannot have interests in entities or companies that "promote, broker, arrange or conduct betting, gambling, lotteries or similar events or transactions connected with football matches and competitions".

Your site states that John Terry was a brand ambassador in 2018/2019. In that season, he was Aston Villa's assistant manager. Are there any official documents/sources that can prove that he is a brand ambassador of BK8?

This is an interesting question and I hope OP will answer it here in the topic about BK8 casinos.
My attitude to such a ban on the part of football officials is extremely negative.  And all this is connected with their commercial interests, how not to let the guys, the football players, earn, but just get everything themselves, to earn on someone else's fame.  And in practice, there is no influence of advertising from one football player, even a super star, on the course of matches and the corresponding bets and winnings.  So these are all stupid bans, and even large fines, all for this gang of freeloaders that revolve around real guys - football players !
OP - answer all the same about John Terry?

Hi delfastTions and Pmalek, you can have a look on these 2 videos below, those videos are taken during John Terry was BK8 brand ambassador.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RTmfaGCExc4
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iBlOJCb3xdM

BK8 also have a website showing info/video about John Terry
https://www.johnterrybk8.com
Hope I answered your question Wink
