It is worth the try, aside from uninformative post and other shit post around the corner, this is way too better. The top informative site for me is of course this forum, the birthplace of the crypto space etc.

I also watch news around the globe via satellite tv, and also with the helpful tips of my colleagues when it comes to investing in new coin, they are surely helpful.

I like the list, and sometimes I visit on coindesk, and I use coinmarketcap to find about the coin information. But I use the other website to find more information about something I don't know, and I am happy so far, I can find what I want.

There is trouble abrewing

anything market or price related i get from the market itself meaning i go on the exchange that i am using and look at the charts. sites like coinmarketcap and other that were listed are not useful for that at all. i only use them if i want to find out where some altcoin is listed so that i can dump it there.

as for news, i think coindesk is the only place worth visiting. the rest are clickbaits with low quality stuff. and i rarely visit news sites anyways, anything worth reading is usually posted on this forum!

since you have listed youtube i have to mention that i always advise staying away from them. specially if they are doing price analysis stuff. they are always wrong and misleading you.

one thing missing is the "technical stuff" which is an important part of "informing yourself" in this world. for that the best place is bitcoin wiki found at https://en.bitcoin.it/wiki and developers guide on bitcoin.org

Maybe you can add a list of some android applications that help notify about crypto and there are some telegram accounts that are quite useful in telling Cryptocurrency news that is quoted from several reliable sources

Maybe OP could cooperate with other OP of similiar threads then.

I think this thread will be worth something if there are rating feedback or comparison between every link in this thread. If this wont be just a place to share some links like now, this kind of thread could help people to save like about 30mins - 1 hour to find or realize about an existence of very helpful information source.

And the most important thing is to be responsible and make this thread self-moderated, so OP can delete every post that share same link that was posted before.

Nice source of information, we can really grab some information from them and use it to our advantage but we should not rely from them only. In my case, I also use my instinct and decide the best action after grabbing some useful information.

As the information from them are not 100% accurate and there are some of them are bias also like they are paid in order to published that information, so it's better to become wise to avoid any problem later.

A good list already especially for newbies.
But this forum alone has a lot to offer in terms of different facets of crypto.
You can basically get anything under the sun with regard to bitcoin, and altcoins in this forum that you can't read from any crypto websites or blogs.
But I still check coindesk and cmc everyday just to keep me informed with the latest crypto news and prices.
