I think the right individuals that are supposed to be gambling is the rich because they have lots of spare cash to spare, especially those with numerous sources of income that can spend a huge sum of money without feeling remorseful, well I don't know the population of wealthy people that are gambling so i won't agree with his statement cause there no prove that the population of wealthy gamblers is little.

 Maybe in his country there are no casinos but just sports betting shops managed by agents, but I there is he should visit the casinos then he'll be shocked at the number of wealthy people he'll come across, wealthy individuals gamble in casinos and not traditional sports betting shops. Also if the online casino could reveal the number of wealthy individuals that use their platform that dude would be sacked at the people he'll see.

Bro, everyone still wants that money, even the rich. If not, for what reason will the rich want to gamble? if not because of money, they should win and then give the money away as a purpose so they win. This can't be overemphasized, we are conscious and know our thoughts. But I strongly believe we gamble to win, and with proper risk management and discipline we can still scale up regardless fo losses as gambling isn't satisfying or source of income.

Well, you are right, most rich people who gamble, don't gamble because of the money but simply because they gamble for fun or because they are addicted to gambling, while those who gamble to get more money are the poor or those who are actually struggling with addiction. Like a friend I had, some years back, he has a very little money and he wants money to use to sort out an emergency but no money so he decided to go and gamble to double the small money in his hand, so he gamble and wins but wasn't yet satisfied, so he try again and also was lucky to win and was able to sort out the emergency although it was helpful at that time but that doesn't mean it doesn't have disadvantages too.
