Everything about investment has to do with right timing, there are situations whereby we will be having the opportunity to make an investment and the timing for such an opportunity is being appropriate, we shouldn't just make an investment all because we wanted to do so, but because we have an understanding of the right time for doing that, after which we might have considered the risk involved as well in making such investment.

After seeing the title, i thought you are asking about cryptocurrency investment and the proper timing. But after reading your thread, i found its about a dex name oscarswap! Which is used for arbitrum chain! And i won't say you are wrong cause as arbitrum was new altcoin so this is common that some people design some dex for tokens what comes under arbitrum network but unfortunately the dex "oscarswap" you mentioned is shit exchange. A year gone but still no trade history or volume is recorded. No liquidity for trade

A good time to invest is any time but there are certain investments that are definitely worth investing in when the market is dumping. Bitcoin in particular is in a good position right now and the market is in quite a pumping situation. So to invest in Bitcoin right now is to wait for the right time and when the right time comes, invest according to the plan. The time when the investor invests is the right time for that investor.

Progressing very slow? That is definitely a dead project. I didn’t do in-depth research but their socials say it all. If you’re wondering whether website may still be functional, it could be because the domain registration isn’t yet expired or maybe because they don’t want it to appear to investors that they have ran away with funds. The least they can do is control their telegram (but that isn’t happening so it’s obvious). I don’t believe the project is alive even by an inch which is why I was hoping the OP didn’t invest in it.

I think one year is not enough to draw conclusions about this project. However, if investors are still losing money, I don't think this project is going well, even after almost a year of running. Additionally, you said that there are no recent tweets from this project, and that might mean that this project is progressing very slowly or perhaps not yet underway at all. Well, because of this, we really need to do research regarding the investment we are going to make. That way we know what project is the right one for us to invest in, and the right time to invest.

In this bulll run one needs to be careful with what they invest and the amount they invest, though right now the price of many coins have fall which is an opportunity to buy because it will definitely rise . But this is not the time we need to enter the market with greed because no one can predict when the market is going to be over, so it won't be wise to enter the market with huge amount of money to make much profit . The market needs to be followed with care and people needs to invest the amount they afford to lose.

An investor can invest whenever he likes it's his personal matter but I think an investor doesn't invest whenever he wants because they invest and understand the market position. Currently everyone is enjoying the fruits of this bull season, not many investors are prepared to invest in this bull season. But the best for me is DCA method of investing that people can get more success and don't have to check the market position. I always use the DCA method I have had the most success in my investments today because I use the DCA method. So I would say those of you who can't afford to invest at once should invest using DCA method and those who want to invest at once should take time and understand the market position as a result of which you will get good success.

Real investors won't invest in random time. They must have a criteria about the time for buying coins.
When the market will heading the bullish season, they will take advantage in each dump. It is like today, when we are in the bullish season, we have a big dump in the market. Investors probably buy coins as many as possible now, it is because they know that the prices of the coins will be predicted to skyrocket in the next few months. After 3 continues pumps, the market is taking a break. Even a small correction is good for a long-term, healthy market condition. Many token prices came to the same level as they were before the rally so if someone didn't invest last time, this can be the last opportunity for them to fill their bags. A flash crash towards a mega long future position won't be surprising but if this happens, the market will recover very fast. So i think this is the right time to invest more as you have said in here.

An investor can invest whenever he wants, because the current time is towards dumping the market so if there is accumulated money then it is definitely the best time to invest. With the increase in the value of bitcoin in crypto many new coins are added which can be scams so it is better not to invest in new coins. Even after careful analysis they have very low reliability in the market. Choosing the top coins to invest in though the DEX project is low risk and safe. If the value of the currencies increases the investors will expect to get more profit.

It’s been almost a year so I checked to see if the website is working because that’s what’s most likely the one of the things that stops working for a failed project. Surprisingly it’s still an active website. But I looked into their socials and their 𝕏 account has not made any tweets in a long time. Their telegram group is so dead that bots are spamming like it’s an abandoned city. It may not be rugpull but investors still lost their money anyway. I hope you didn’t invest in it.

For bitcoin and popular altcoins, it may still be an investment option because for bitcoin and popular altcoins it can be used as a long-term investment. It is not only in your own perception, it is the fact that investing in new projects will be riskier. That's why many people prefer to invest in top coins, they are trying to minimize the risk. Although there are some new projects that look like to have a great potential in the future, it doesn't guarantee the success. There are many projects that fail or stop suddenly after they are listing in the first exchange. Even it is listed in one of the top exchanges, don't trust them 100%. Moreover if they only list their tokens/coins on Dexs, it is totally not a guarantee.

It's quite something personal, if the person is open to risking all  his funds into Altcoins then it's a perfect option, depending on the value of dollars against the local currency, $200 could worth a lot or some just a normal amount. Overcoming the fear of risking the funds tho, your idea could still be pro efficient to give return of investment, as this Altcoins are known for quite some good unexpected pump. Investing now into Altcoins is a good start because after the Bitcoin season comes the Altcoin season when most Altcoins will see new price mark

Correct, i think investing a new projects is more risk than profit but if you will research before invest in new project, then you can make profits because of course some new project are looks promising and listing so many top tier exchanges. If OscarSwap is a new DEXs project, so OP's need to analyze about it’s future.

A lot of new tokens are entering the exchange market all the time and in no time they are creating hype that niche investors are catching on to. At this time it would be very dangerous to buy top altcoins because more or less now all altcoins have gone up in price as they follow the price of bitcoin. You should invest in new projects now and make quick profits. Because at this time if you rush to hold any token for long time then you can catch big loss in future. So what you want to do during this time should be considered as short time.

Actually, he is right. You can diversify $200 into 4 to 5 potential coins. I will say invest $50 in four different altcoins and you will get a good profit. $200 in BTC is not worth the risk because to make a profit of $200, the BTC price should reach over $140k. Potential coins like DOGE, SHIBA, ADA, MATIC etc., are good for short-term investment.

As far as the topic question is concerned, this is the high time to invest in altcoins because the alt season is around the corner and chances are that this alt season will beat the 2021 run by a significant margin. Alts are gearing up for the bull run and a few of them even surged over 50% in the past few weeks.

Funds to be diversified into any investment must not be too big and also not too small, even if it's for a long term. I don't know your locality but I think $200 is very little to split into different investments, not spreading a bad motivation, instead of diversifying such amount instead use it on one investment, I would suggest Bitcoin.
