If this is Manchester city Alvarez; then I believe any move except the one that takes him to psg as the main striker, Chelsea as the main striker; or Real Madrid; then he is better off at city’s

On a personal note, I would like Real Madrid to get him tbh; proper striker

The vacuum that Klopp has left the club  will be so hard to fill.He single handedly brought Liverpool from where they were,to give them premier league tittle,and Champions league tittle,and also made Liverpool a respectable and fearful team again.The club lost it former glory some years back before Klopp came,but he came and started everything afresh,proved to the world how good he is,and started winning games back to back to ensure that Liverpool get to where they were supposed to be.
Now he has left,I believe this new coach will take time to familiarise with the players,but gradually,he will get to know them well,and how he can manage them.

Arne Slot is taking over a Liverpool side that's lost their burning desire to win trophies and for him to be successful at the club, he must give the club players reassuring words that'll build their confidence again in other to make them competitive in the English Premier League, the UEFA Champions League league as well as any other competition. I know it'll be difficult for the Dutch manager to achieve instant success at his new club but I also think it'll not be good to totally write him off. Liverpool is a big club which is why I think the club management will make vital signings to the club during the summer transfer window in order to strengthen the team ahead of next season.
It's a very big challenge for Arne Slot to help Liverpool regain their position and place as one of the best teams in England but I totally believe that it's very achievable for him to build the team and make them more competitive than they've been in recent years.

It was difficult to gain momentum in Arne Slot's first year. Even though he has been successful with Feyenoord, the EPL is much more competitive. Arne Slot will take some time to create a good strategy and know the potential of each player well. I still believe Liverpool will be able to get a top 3 or top 5 ranking next season but I doubt whether they will be able to win the EPL title. City and Arsenal will again be champion candidates, but I hope Liverpool's performance can be quite good in Arne Slot's first season.

That's just it, lack of consistency have really cost Arsenal the title in the past two seasons because they are always leading and doing well from the very beginning, but once the reverse fixture have started, that is when they will start showing inconsistency, and Manchester city are always locking close to capitalize on any mistake made by them.

As rightly said, Manchester city team in the immediate past season, were not as good as they were in their treble winning season, but what I believe that made them win this year title was the lack of consistency shown by arsenal during the closing stage of the season, and the high level of consistency shown by this Manchester city side from the last 15 games of the season, so the premier league is all about consistency, the most consistent team, always go home with the trophy.

Maybe 3rd time it will be a lucky charm for Arsenal ? they surely deserve to win EPL but on the same time , no year resembles the previous one and the players will have to understand they actually have to be more consistent , more prepared , more trained in all aspects. City most likely will have another great run towards the title and I don't see neither Liverpool , United or Chelsea to put problems but I do see Arsenal once again fighting for the trophy and hopefully achieve it. 

If we look at the recent seasons, we will see that Manchester City actually does not stay consistent throughout the whole season. At certain times of the season, they make some mistakes. The problem is there is no one to actually capitalize on that mistake. Arsenal is busy fixing their own problems. Because Arsenal also has to think about their inconsistency. In almost the last three seasons including this one, arsenal has not been consistent at crucial times of the season. That’s why they have not been able to win the English Premier League title in the last three years. They had more than enough chances to beat Manchester City for the English Premier League title.

I really want to say that Arsenal will be better prepared in the next season. But that’s what I have been saying in the last two seasons as well. For me, it is hard to trust them to win the English Premier League title.

Liverpool won't have Klopp next season. I think they will have a worse season. No doubt, Arne Slot had successful seasons at Feyenord. But I think he might struggle a bit in his first season at Liverpool in the Premier League because Klopp had a huge influence on Liverpool. That's why I think Arsenal will be the only opponent for Manchester City next season. Of course, I would like Liverpool to be champions next season, but even Klopp couldn't do it. I don't think Arne Slot can do it in his first season.

Everyone who follows the English Premier League like you might have assumed that Arsenal would win the league title this season but all our expectations were proved wrong. All our expectations were proved wrong because Arsenal performed unexpectedly in some expected matches. 

Arsenal certainly could have done better because they had that ability. When a team is in a good position, they don't have to miss any opportunities because if one is missed, another team can take their place. The English Premier League is already a very competitive league and with Manchester City and Liverpool Arsenal so close, they needed to be more serious. Many times they have made mistakes and many times they have come very close to losing the title so we don't expect any more mistakes from them. They have to start the new season vowing not to make any mistakes next season and they must do well there.

Manchester City has shown us an extraordinary team mentality by being able to win the English league in a row, winning the English league is of course a difficult thing to remember the league that has been very competitive so far, but Manchester City actually showed that if indeed winning the English league is not too difficult for them, this season Guardiola is of course the first coach to be able to get 4 trophies in a row in the English league,  4 Trophies in 4 seasons of the Premier League certainly shows that if he is indeed a great coach and also with financial support and a qualified squad, of course it is very likely that he will be able to continue his achievements next season.

Manchester City will of course be back as title contenders next season, so it'Squite natural that their fans are optimistic that they can get their 5th consecutive trophy next season, but to be honest, I personally have a different view for next season because Arsenal are also starting to experience a resurgence so we can't underestimate them anymore for now, seeing how many Arsenal have released players this season, of course they are now starting to try to improve the squad and of course with the target of bringing in many star players to strengthen their main line-up next season.

Chelsea may not be sanctioned for breaking financial regulations caused by the latest news has suggested that. According to the most recent news, the EPL has failed to close the loopholes used by the team to avoid breaking PSR and chelsea as one of team that violated PSR rule has used the loopholes to avoid the sanctioon. That is what is happening with Chelsea right now and im feeling good chelsea will not be sanctioned by EPL.

Well done, Chelsea. You will not be sanctioned by the EPL for breaking PSR because it can be prevented and other clubs who violated PSR as well. The majority of EPL clubs voted NO to the PSR loophole and EPL can do nothing since it came from majority of voters. I'm glad to see that the majority of clubs voted NO on this. The clubs that used that strategy to avoid PSG will not face sanctions from the EPL.
The EPL has failed to close the loopholes used by the EPL clubs.

I believe that the city's PSR infractions may also be dropped too by premier league. It is due to the vote, which has defined the final outcome of any PSR case.

Agent Enzo Fernandez has been doing his work for Chelsea, now when you look at the players wanting to leave Manchester City and the fair play rules hitting Manchester City from purchasing players on the high, then you'll know why winning the next Premier League Competition would be difficult for them.
No arguments on Pep Guardiola as a top manager but with no weapons to use, he'll be helpless and cannot do with these youngins especially in the Premier League Competition, No!

Alvarez would be nice for Chelsea a hundred percent. For Paris Saint Germany? No, No! To Atletico Madrid? That would be nice but he needs a club who can win him trophies.

Bayern Munich? Jesus Christ! They already have Harry Kane and he can still score fifty ( 50 ) to Sixty ( 60 ) goals in the next two seasons and I'm.not exaggerating when I say that. Alvarez might ne a great backup player but that I'm not sure happening. He'll want to be the point man in the squad off course.

Although Manchester City is one of the best teams this season, but I disagree with that because not only Manchester City perform very well throughout the season, but, Manchester City had a lucky opportunity to have a high chance. That's why they were able to dominate the English Premier League this season, if not for there many teams that are far better than Manchester City. But not because they dominate this season, that does not mean they will continue winning the league. Even when people's where making early predictions that Manchester City can move forward by achieving another season, but that will be difficult for them. Because they will find the next season difficult with the way I'm having hope for Arsenal next season.

The English Premier League is meant for experience coaches, atleast they know strategically how to handle elite EPL clubs and this is one of the reason to either proceed or retroprogress. We just want what's best for ourselves and never lacking because there's more opportunities in the space. Pep Guardiola have stayed in the English Premier League and have started to dominate as he uses to do every other season. Pep Guardiola is one of the top coach in EPL and leads first when it comes to coaches.

I always suspected that it was the reason why Pep would leave Mancity after the 2024/2025 season, because the punishment might be more than just relegation to the Championship.
Back in 2006, Juventus being charged with relegation to Serie C1, but in the end they were only relegated to Serie B. So there is a chance that Mancity might be punish with relegation to lower division than Championship.
I think the most severe punishment is to be banned from the Premier League for several seasons and revoke all the titles during those 9 years, if its just relegation and a fine for 115 violations it doesnt seem fair.

Indeed, recently, rumors regarding Chelsea eyes on Alvarez have been quite high too. In fact, it is rumored that Chelsea is competing with several other clubs who want the player with a value of £80 million. Yes, Chelsea really has to compete with several big clubs who are also considered to be interested in this striker, because his performance and potential are very good. Like: PSG, Atletico Madrid, and there are also rumors regarding Bayern Munich.

What is clear is that Man City itself does not want to loan Alvarez, they want a higher fee for the player. So indeed, if a club offers according to Man City's wishes, it is not impossible that this striker will actually move. Being fined by some money won't stop Manchester City indeed. They are just very rich. How big the scale of that kind of a punishment would be for such team?    They have been overlooking FFP rules for years. They don't share accurate data while the others do. A big punishment would make them have 2nd thoughts before doing such thing again. I'm really not okay with specific teams to be protected while the others are getting what they deserve.

Manchester City is certainly the choice of many people because it has won the EPL 4 times in a row. This is of particular concern in the English league. Even though Manchester City is the champion, the points difference has been very close in the last three seasons. This opportunity can be easily seized by other teams. There is the impact of strong competition with runner up winners.

I think if someone was given the choice of which team will be the EPL champions next season I think the answer would be the same as the picture you uploaded. City is first on almost everyone's favorite list, followed by Arsenal and Liverpool. They are a team in the top three this season. People forget about Aston Villa, Tottenham and Newcastle because they see little chance even though they are in a better position than United and Chelsea. I wonder why people chose United and Chelsea as EPL champions next season. United is having problems with the team despite winning the FA cup. And Chelsea, I think they are still not worthy of being one of the title challengers next season.

There's been strong reports that Manchester City trio Kelvin De Bruyne, Bernardo Silva and Ederson Moraes are going to leave the club this summer. Yesterday I read in a very reliable sports news source where Kelvin De Bruyne said that playing in the Saudi league at this time of his career will be a very good decision since it's gonna make him earn a lot of money in his last few seasons as a professional footballer and that I think simply means he's very open to joining the Saudi league. Ederson Moraes is also reported not to be in the plans of the club manager Pep Guardiola for next season which means the Brazilian is very likely to leave as well. For Bernardo Silva, I don't know how true it is that he might also leave but should the above mentioned players leave, I don't think it's gonna stop the club from defending the English Premier League title come next season
Pep Guardiola is a very experienced manager that always knows how to manage and bring out the best from his players so I think he'll definitely manage the team without those players and still bring out the best from them.
