The number of participants is huge, though. I've looked through the submitted numbers and then picked "998" because it looked like nobody has picked it, and now I hope that among 627 entries I will be the luckiest one. What are the odds? But anyway your chances are zero if you don't participate.
The number of participants might not be as huge as you think because most of those entries are probably bots/multi-accounts belonging to several people which is a common practice in X these days sadly.

This is why I prefer sticking to our forum contests where everything is 100% fair in comparison.

But if you are not a bot and you don't have multiple accounts, you can try your luck there on twitter too. Roobet is running so many giveaways that I can't participate in each one of them, but when I can I try to do it.

Just to be clear, there is never smoke without fire. The fact that Weree was asked to pass KYC is not just a random KYC check that Roobet just wanted to run all of a sudden. If they are investigation something, that does not mean there was a problem on Weree side exactly. Maybe there was a glitch with game provider and now they are sorting things out, or some issues with origin of funds, deposit or withdrawal addresses. Lots of things to be checked, so there isnt an immediate solution.
Afaik, Roobet.com has mandatory KYC because I read many posts to discuss about KYC here and it's very boring. If the user Weree was asked for KYC, it is like advanced one which will be needed for in-depth investigation about that account.

Two days of waiting is not too long, if the investigation is in-depth. If things are well, the user will get reply from the team soon.

I did not know KYC is a mandatory. Been its user for +2 years. The only thing that is verified is my email and verification level 1 is filled with random data. I would not call as a real KYC. Cant claim that I have played a lot on Roobet, but account level 1 has been passed, I have done deposits and withdrawals, as well as logged in from different IP and few times even I have used VPN. So the situation with Weree, his KYC and long period of checking it makes me feel that he isnt telling us whole story.

P.S. How many of you, who uses Roober, were asked to pass KYC ?
I've been using Roobet for almost a year now. Since I started participating in Roobet contests, the team has never asked me to complete KYC. All my winnings deposit on my roobet Bitcoin address in exchange to support their casino. I simply enabled two-factor authentication and verified my mobile phone number then because of that they didn't ask me for KYC.

It's possible they may request KYC if two accounts share the same IP address or if there are unusual activities on your account.

Just because the KYC was passed and approved does not mean that the account suspensions get lifted immediately. In some cases, they can carry out some internal investigations before they can let you withdraw. If not, they could also be waiting for a review from their game providers, and this takes some time.
Just be patient a bit and wait for communication from the support team.

Hi all. On January 12, verification was requested, which I completed in 15 minutes, all documents were approved. When I try to withdraw funds, I get the error “This function is currently disabled”. In the chat they wrote to me “Thanks for reaching out to us regarding your concern.

Maybe you need to wait some more time, let them complete and process everything so you can withdraw your money without any problems, if you have already done the verification let alone my KYC and they have processed it you are just asked to wait some time, always keep contacting their support service so that your problem is resolved because it is difficult to get a Roobet team representative on this forum to solve your problem.

Maybe you should try re-reading ToS and try to remember what you were doing during your game experience in Roobet and compare it if you were doing something wrong? Unintentionally. There are a lot of cases when people unintentionally, for example, forgot to turn of VPN widget on their browser. Or have used public wifi, that previously was used for doing something shady. While waiting for Roobet response, I suggest to do all that. Maybe you will remember something.

If you've already submitted the requested documents and facing withdrawal issue, it's advisable to contact their customer support again or consider reaching out through alternative channels like as email, telegram or Twitter. They are always active on Twitter. You can also try sending a private message to the OP or search for the user @HHampuz he might be able to help you.

This is the casino's internal issue and there could be various plots behind this like the user not having proper KYC done, or they could be from a restricted country and accessing the Roobet using a VPN. This can always trigger safety and block the users from withdrawing their money.

I hardly think Hhampuz sir can help in this regard. They better get connected with Roobet support directly. Check the support timeline it can be from 24-72 hours for a reply. I am sure the Roobt team will come up with a solution if no rules are broken by the users. For me, this has been the least of the worries. I hardly think I ever got into deposit or withdrawal trouble on the Roobet. It's just easy, follow the set guidelines, perform the KYC, play, and have fun in the casino. Smiley

What do you exactly mean with that withdrawal is not available for you? Can you show a screenshot to we can see what is going on? If KYC was successful than you should be able to withdraw your funds with no issues. As xLays said, contact livechat again and they could guide you.

Roobet is one of the good casinos and they will never do any injustice to anyone. If he is not been guilty of any mistake, I don't think he needs to worry about anything. Just contact the support and his issue will be resolved.

However, sometimes there is a problem at the gambler's end and therefore the gambling site has to take such steps. Anyways, the more information he may give with screenshots, it will help us to further understand the issue.

No doubt for that since they manage to solve their issue and its so rare to see something like this happening so he just need to chill out since for sure that once Roobet already verify his document presented his issue will be solve. Roobet is well known casino and they are gonna take care of those issue and that's how they get the trust of lots of people here.

Hopefully we can see him posting some nice updates that he's issue has been taken care of. Also much really better to follow up once he think there's delay happening since sometimes this really happen due to load management on their casino.

Give it some few hours after approval, maybe 24–48 hours and if nothing changes then try contacting support (Live support) available at the bottom part of the homepage. As for a request for customer care assistance instead of the bot. Do not panic, be rest assured they will avail a withdrawal option for your funds.

How long you've been waiting for their response?

Dont worry man, Roobet is known and reputable casino that we do have in crypto market. There might really be just some delay or they arent that finished
on what they do. Its not really that bad to send up some 1 email/day when it comes to the issue or having those follow ups.

Usually KYC been asked out if you neither committed out some violation or you do able to reach up some threshold or what.
Just make some follow up if its past 24 hours. Rest assured that they are legit and reputable. Just give them some time on clearing things up.

I seriously doubt that, yes Dplay has a partnership with freebitco.in which helps, but becoming bigger than Roobet, I don't see that happening anytime soon. I have no ideaabout the statistics between both bets, but I just saw that 4 billion bets have been wagered on Roobet!
