The trust of who did I breach and how?

Instead of asking "whose trust I broke", maybe you should be considering a question like "why does so many people hate me" because that is actually an important question.
You are not able to say the trust of who I breached and how?

you are actually blackmailing casinos to give you money, not in a legal way but on a extortion way.
What casinos did I blackmail to give me money and how?

you need urgent psychological treatment, it is not normal spamming all threads related to casinos... you need to take vacations.
Yes, this is not the first time he has messed up on every gambling thread here. I don't know the purpose, but if he wants to find customers he should look for people who have been cheated and try to protect him. Not just blame gambling sites without any evidence.
Nothing new if we do talk about game-protect .Instead on paying some attention to this guy its better to put him on ignore. He wont mess up if he wont get any  response on what he said.

Just expect for him to post every single new gambling sites that do pop out which do have that common line- Whose the operator? about licenses and stuff.  Grin

Instead of asking "whose trust I broke", maybe you should be considering a question like "why does so many people hate me" because that is actually an important question. Maybe you didn't break anyone's trust, maybe people didn't trusted you to begin with but gave you negative trust anyway, however "why" did they do it? Just calling them brain dead or calling them sick minded people won't make you suddenly a decent human that everyone likes.

You claim to be doing something decent for example, you claim that you want to save people from evil scammy casinos, which is actually nice, not a bad thing you are trying to do, however you conduct your business in a manner that everyone thinks you are not defending them, you are actually blackmailing casinos to give you money, not in a legal way but on a extortion way. I sincerely suggest you to try to act nicer even if you are going to do keep doing the same thing.

It has been suggested on most other gambling topics, as it is a new house's topic, I like to suggest people who contribute here to put game-protect into ignore list. Otherwise do not respond to game-protect, he feasts on that, as long as you respond to him he gets under your skin and keeps writing here, think about it, you are making an excuse for him to keep writing here whenever you talk to him, he gets a chance to answer and writes more.

If there is a person with that much negative trust you should simply click the ignore button and not respond to him, that way you could kind of zone him out of bitcointalk forever; when most people put him ignore list, he would keep writing but nobody would be able to read him because he is on ignore and nobody would reply and he would eventually stop since he is not getting any attention anymore. But as long as we keep talking with him, he will exist and thrive on his trolling of the casinos one way or another with the attention he gets.

you need to be non-USA citizen and you take money out of USA? Or just any money getting out of USA? That means maybe USA should start thinking about legalizing online gambling? That way people from all over the world could start their own crypto casinos and that way they could at least get other nations money into USA with the online casinos.

Why would you ban gambling and not allow online casinos in your own nation if you do not want gamblers to lose money to other nations? If you want them to actually give you money instead of take money out just start casinos and reap the benefits? In any case USA is certainly a weird country when it comes to money, they don't even care about long term profits as much as they care about short term ones, they built the whole country on "make money now!" promise.
As far as I know it is not actually a "ban to play here from these nations" neither, like a warning where it says "if you play from these nations, you have the tech to do so but that means you will be punished by your nation" or whatever.

So, roobet can't really stop anyone from gambling, it is technologically impossible to stop anyone from gambling, all they can do is offer their advice and warn them not to play but in the end if you want to you can play here, all the while you take illegality into consequences and realize it may not end up nice for you. By the way, 90%+ of the time if you don't get reported by someone, nobody would really know you gambled somewhere, so be quite about gambling online if you are from a country where it is illegal.

Roobet claims to operate under the 365/JAZ license!

Game Protect currently handles several cases where casinos claiming to operate under the 365/JAZ license scammed its customers!

The 365/JAZ license issuer does not supervise roobet.com and is not willing to take responsibility for scammed customers!
Serious question for you, Do you have any proof that you personally actually got anyone money from websites? Verified proof, not just your word.

I have played at roobet for the last couple weeks here and there and won a bit, withdraws came without any issues. So far all looks fine minus a couple bugs that need fixed but nothing that has to do with the casino being provably fair.

Every time I check game-protect's trust, it seems to exponentially increase negatively.
I think at this point it's fair to say anything he's stating is only to promote his own shady business model of putting unnecessary fear into sites players, pushing them to his service when they lose.

I mean do you really believe that there is ZERO Americans here? Of course not but USA still tries to ban it.

Remember, we don't ban online gambling because it's ban. We ban it because if you win out of the USA we don't get our tax dollars.

Sounds like you are a big fan of the slogan from Mr. Trump "Make America great again!".
The USA has shown its globally as a very strict nation on crypto regulations. I don't know the USA has plans to change this or not but in my vision, over time regulations on crypto currency, online gambling (with crypto payments) will become more difficult.

Things might turn into much worse if more terrorist organizations born and actively operate globally.

Hello, I just registered and wanted to try playing roulette on your site using faucet.  It seems to me that your approach to letting your users use faucet is a little wrong, as there is a 25 minute limit between each use of faucet.  It would be nice if for example it was possible to use faucet 10 times in a row, but not more than 10 per day.  And it turns out that the new user will not linger on your resource for a long time, since it will take a very long time to wait for the second opportunity.

Hello, thanks for the feedback! We have updated our faucet so that there is no time limit between claims - you can claim it 12 times per day!

I am not entirely sure how they decide which countries could play and which countries can't. I know the ones in the list bans that type of gambling but there are other nations that doesn't allow online crypto gambling as well yet it is not on the list.
Their reasons behind the scene why they restricted some nations are not matter with users. What users have to do is reading their rules and know that their nations are restricted to use Roobet.com casino or not. If not, they are fine to use the site.

There are reasons of the site to restrict list of nations, internally or externally. Local regulations are some of reasons, AFAIK.

I won't like to dox myself but in my nation I personally know a lawyer who had to defend a guy who gambled crypto sportsbook and he got a fine, it was just a 100 dollar fine and even while the minimum wage is low here and 100 dollars is a decent amount of money, it is nothing to sweat and could be paid easily compared to some others that actually jail people.

So, where does the roobet draw the line? Is it allowed to play from a country with 100 dollar fine, is it no illegal at all, is it only jail ones? What is the line for roobet?

There are no countries blocked/prohibited from playing on Roobet.

But the TOS clearly mentioned this though:
Quote
People living or having a permanent or temporary residence in these countries are not entitled to register the player's account on roobet.com, or the use of service roobet.com:

Aruba, Austria, Bonaire, Curacao, French Guiana, French Polynesia, Germany, Guernsey, Gibraltar, Hungary, Isle of Man, Jersey, Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Martinique, Reunion, Mayotte, Netherlands, United States, United Kingdom, Denmark.
There is a fine line between "being banned" and "illegal". People from all those nations potentially "could" play in roobet but they will be doing a criminal activity and if they get caught they would be both banned and if their government finds out they will be punished for it (gambling is usually not a jailed punishment, it is mostly either public work or money) so at the end of the day it is like any other crime, you can do it but if you get caught you will not like the consequences.

Plus, the results are not same for ALL those nations, each of them have different set up legality for gambling, some may go as further as jail, some may just give you a fair warning with a small fine and let you go inside one day. I mean do you really believe that there is ZERO Americans here? Of course not but USA still tries to ban it.

But in the first place you will not be able to register if your IP is on the restricted place right ? Do they atleast have it ?

That's how it works by default. But some will not publicly do that, usually by monitoring the user (if he or she decides on using a VPN) or relying on server logs.
