Why did you change your negative feedback to positive while saying it's neutral?

I appreciate everyone of you supporting and sharing your thoughts!

You should update the title and marked it as “resolved” if you already agree on how he settle the issue.

Also lock the thread before you leave to make this case finally solved otherwise you change your mind and pursue the full refund in the future. Congratulations on your partial refund although you are still at loss here but still much better than nothing.

Update:

Total value I paid : 305 USD
*Agreed to take refund of 232 USD and bare loss of ~73 USD
*Received a refund of 210 USD (~22 USD less than what I asked (232 USD) to refund me while I take the loss of another since @Heisenberg63 has been requesting to be considerate as per his situation.
Could you please confirm which is which?
Wasn't it 294.80 USD as per the OP? How did you end up with the value 305 USD? I need some clarification before leaving some feedback.

Not happy with the solution and the situations I am put into for something I have no fault on. But I guess I learnt my lesson and glad that I got some part of what I paid.
You have every right not to be happy until he refunds everything.

I paid $305 that’s what my bank account says but the transfer fees or transaction cost has brought it to $294.84

I would be happy to even say $294 that I paid $294.

PS fixed my post.

Couldn't you agree that he would still deliver the Amazon coupons to you, you would get what you wanted in the end, and he would honor the agreement with reduced damages, because, in essence, they are giving up their earnings?
Surely these things cost Heisenberg63 less than the price at which he sells them, although I have no idea how much his profit is in that. Now you are both at a loss and plus you still don't have what you wanted to buy.

He does not have vouchers to deliver atm.

You guys really think that negative feedback will help!!
I got burnt here too and lost everything and even lost my customers, my entire business is down so do you think your negative feedback will matter with me?

Would you really bother with a refund if there were no negative tags and reviews here?

Yes, it will help other potential clients to avoid falling into the trap of dealing with you since you don't want to take responsibility of your carelessness.

That's on you! Sort your mess.

The whole point of the feedback is to warn others to avoid dealing with you here. It's funny, you look at it as a form of punishment. Stop being cocky about it.

@ Heisenberg63 had reached out to me on private message and said he would like to split the loss.
He want to split my loss as 50-50, of course it doesn’t do me good as I still do loose money.
@Heisenberg63: why don't you start by paying OP 50%, and continue "negotiations" from there? That way, at least he won't feel forced to accept your 50-50 offer (in order recover something), and can freely decide what he wants.

Because he emptied my wallet as well, I think he used my wallet not to raise any suspicions with my guys.
So he got your phone, he got your wallet, what else he got?
Your email, laptop, your door key, your spouse.

You must be doing a big business online. How much is your yearly turnover?

If you were my spouse, I will let him have you. Just fuck off if you do not know how to say appropriate things in such cases.
Calm down my man. Focus on solving the problems you created.

You and I know very well that none of us have any chance to be each others spouse. In fact, I don't think anyone will be interested to be a scammer's spouse. Many may be interested to be mine though but you need to know miss bitcointalk is an illusion 🤓

Yea I should focus on the problem here. Mind your business and check the "Many maybe interested in you"  because they are waiting to get the service they paid for Wink

Thought to share update.

@ Heisenberg63 had reached out to me on private message and said he would like to split the loss.
He want to split my loss as 50-50, of course it doesn’t do me good as I still do loose money.

I still told him that I am happy to split loss for $100 CAD of $415 CAD is Paid but I requested him to pay me $315 CAD back. Still waiting to hear from him since.
Still Unfair to you, IMO. What if he is just lying about the whole thing? Which means he makes off with part of the money. If he really cares about your "lost" money, then he should be refunding 100% of it with apologies at the least.

That is his responsibility.

I am still holding back my negative feedback, hoping he does the right thing, but all I just see are lies and irresponsibility from his side so far.

He should borrow a leaf from this users

Again I am reaching out the OP and please all of the smart guys who gives their shitty opinions, my advice to them is to keep it for yourself and I will sort it out with OP and he knows me well and knows that it will be solved but it is just a matter of time.

Don't want to have to remove the positive trust from a while ago  Undecided

If your feedback in the past is due to the successful deal then there’s no need to delete it because it’s backed by successful transactions worthy of positive feedback. Let the new negative feed do their work on giving warning to other user that will potentially have deals with the user. That’s why you should only give positive trust to user that shows trust worthy act and he deserves that during the time of your deal.

Yeah I guess that makes sense, I've never had a negative experience with the guy when dealing with him, so I guess that's the only conception I have of him. Also, the fact that he's still here and trying to right whatever happened is a good sign, imo. Usually scammers will just take the money and dip. Given that he's done a lot of business on these forums, I'd be surprised if he left after this one deal if he really was trying to scam.

I don't really know what the phone/hacker/thief story is about, but what's the proper thing to do if Heisenberg63 ends up paying back the OP? Like is he cleared as a scammer, should we leave default trust, etc.?

I am sick of explaining everything to you guy and you keep blaming me as if i was the scammer, i am in a very bad situation and all of what you are doing is that you are seeming me that i was the scammer. I can not respond to every comment but my talk is now to the OP, give me a day or two and I will share the loss with you and will send you money you paid to that scammer back.

Sure I am waiting for another day or two as you are asking for.

I will be waiting to hear from you.

I am sending you a message now about the payment.

Noted! Will reply on message.

you have to realize that you can't really blame us that we are suspecting you especially when your story is very suspicious and hard to believe. there is even new evidence that just further makes your story a lot more suspicious.

Because he emptied my wallet as well, I think he used my wallet not to raise any suspicions with my guys.

Which wallet did you use on your phone?
As far as I know, every mobile wallet requires a password or PIN, and this cannot be reset even with access to email or a SIM card.
I guess you didn't keep the note with all the passwords on your phone.
just want to let you know that you misquoted zir787, it was Heisenberg63 who wrote that.

Why don't you reset the Telegram account by email?

You did add an email address to the Telegram, I hope?

If your account had a 2FA password on it then you should still be able to lock them out somehow during the account reset process, unless the hacker changed the password to your telegram account (I dunno, by breaking open the password manager or something?)

Phone number is not the only way to log into Telegram.

Don't be angry with anyone, because your explanations have no rational basis. Obviously, it has to wait one or two more days.
