For me, i see the need to go into skills that tally with my passion for cryptocurrency, such as blockchain development. So that  should be what everyone else does. I love the concept of this thread so much, you're very much in line with my ideas on how to improve ourselves in the forum and both outside. if we watch very well here in the forum must of the successful members of the forum have an extra Skil that is making them more prominent and reliant to an extent that if they leave for a week we all notice there absence. Most have taking their time to learn communication skills, Coding/Programming languages that are some how related to Bitcoin knowledge and as such we can see how well they communicate there knowledge.
